Claims (3)
- 自動運転プログラムにより廃棄物の焼却を行う焼却処理装置と、前記焼却処理装置とネットワークを介して接続され該焼却処理装置を遠隔地で操作する監視センタとを備えた遠隔操作システムであって、
前記焼却処理装置は、廃棄物の種類と重量とを認識する廃棄物認識手段と、廃棄物を収納すると共に前記廃棄物の一部を燃焼させつつ当該燃焼熱により前記廃棄物の残部を乾留して可燃性ガスを生じさせる乾留炉と、前記乾留炉からガス通路を介して導入される可燃性ガスを燃焼させる燃焼炉と、前記乾留炉に廃棄物を投入する廃棄物投入手段と、前記乾留炉の温度を検知する乾留温度センサと前記燃焼炉の温度を検知する燃焼温度センサと前記燃焼炉の排ガスの一酸化炭素濃度を検出するCoセンサの各センサと、少なくとも前記乾留炉に設けられた廃棄物投入口と灰化物排出口を撮像する監視カメラとを有し、
前記焼却処理装置が自動運転プログラムで正常に運転されている状態での運転時間と前記各センサの標準の検出値との関係を示す運転チャートを廃棄物の種類に応じて記憶すると共に、前記運転チャートに対して所定の幅を持つ閾値を記憶する記憶手段が前記焼却処理装置又は前記監視センタに設けられ、
前記監視センタは、前記各センサの検出値と前記監視カメラにより撮像された映像とを表示する表示手段と、前記各センサの検出値と前記運転チャートとを比較して前記各センサの検出値のいずれかが前記閾値を越えるときは異常と判定して前記表示手段に異常情報を表示させる異常検知手段とを有していることを特徴とする焼却処理装置の遠隔操作システム。 - 前記記憶手段は、前記異常検知手段により検知された異常の種類に応じた対処方法を記憶し、前記監視センタは、前記異常検知手段により異常が検知された際に当該異常に応じて前記記憶手段に記憶された対処方法を前記表示手段に表示させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼却処理装置の遠隔操作システム。
- 前記記憶手段は、前記異常検知手段により検知された異常の種類に応じた再始動プログラムを記憶し、前記監視センタは、前記焼却処理装置の自動運転プログラムが異常により停止した際に当該異常に応じて前記記憶手段に記憶された再始動プログラムを前記焼却処理装置に送信して再始動可能とし、前記表示手段に再始動可能である旨を表示させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の焼却処理装置の遠隔操作システム。
