Description
このように水素が発生することで、皮膚上の汚れや油脂による酸化物質を還元し、皮膚表面を還元状態にしながら油脂などの洗浄をすることができる。これにより、石鹸自身が有する界面活性作用に加え、石鹸より溶け出す金属マグネシウムにより発生する水素が肌に作用することで、日中の紫外線や外気の汚れなどによる皮膚表面の酸化脂質などを洗浄することができ、さらに水素の還元作用によって肌の酸化による老化の保護または防止することができる。
(脂肪酸を用いた固形石鹸の場合)
脂肪酸としてラウリン酸を200g、アルカリ性物質として水酸化ナトリウムを40g用い、脂肪酸金属塩を生成した。まず、水酸化ナトリウムを精製水に溶解させ、この水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を40℃に保持した。一方、脂肪酸も40℃に保持しておき、これを攪拌しながら水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を添加した。この際、金属マグネシウム粉末1058150250(コスモバイオ社製)(平均粒径:180μm)を2.4g混合させた。さらに攪拌を続け、1時間静置後、キレート剤としてEDTA・2Na・2H2Oを37.2g、緩衝剤としてセスキ炭酸ソーダを19g添加し、さらに、その他の添加剤として香料を混合した後、10×10cmの型に注入し、乾燥させて、固形石鹸の形態で本発明の水素発生還元石鹸を製造した。
(油脂を用いた固形石鹸の場合)
油脂としてパームオイルを200g、アルカリ性物質として水酸化ナトリウムを25.5g用い、脂肪酸金属塩を生成した。まず、水酸化ナトリウムを精製水に溶解させ、この水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を60℃に保持した。一方、油脂も60℃に保持しておき、これを攪拌しながら水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を添加した。この際、金属マグネシウム粉末1058150250(コスモバイオ社製)(平均粒径:180μm)を2.4g混合させた。さらに攪拌を続け、4時間静置後、キレート剤としてEDTA・2Na・2H2Oを37.2g、緩衝剤としてセスキ炭酸ソーダを19g添加し、さらに、その他の添加剤として香料を混合した後、10×10cmの型に注入し、乾燥させて、固形石鹸の形態で本発明の水素発生還元石鹸を製造した。
(脂肪酸を用いたボディソープの場合)
脂肪酸としてラウリン酸を200g、アルカリ性物質として水酸化カリウムを56g用い、脂肪酸金属塩を生成した。まず、水酸化カリウムを精製水に溶解させ、この水酸化カリウム水溶液を40℃に保持した。一方、脂肪酸も40℃に保持しておき、これを攪拌しながら水酸化カリウム水溶液を添加した。この際、金属マグネシウム粉末1058150250(コスモバイオ社製)(平均粒径:180μm)を2.4g混合させた。さらに攪拌を続け、1時間静置後、キレート剤としてEDTA・2Na・2H2Oを37.2g、緩衝剤としてセスキ炭酸ソーダを19g添加し、さらに、その他の添加剤として香料を混合し、ボディソープの形態で本発明の水素発生還元石鹸を製造した。
(油脂を用いたボディソープの場合)
油脂としてパームオイルを200g、アルカリ性物質として水酸化カリウムを35.7g用い、脂肪酸金属塩を生成した。まず、水酸化カリウムを精製水に溶解させ、この水酸化カリウム水溶液を60℃に保持した。一方、油脂も60℃に保持しておき、これを攪拌しながら水酸化カリウム水溶液を添加した。この際、金属マグネシウム粉末1058150250(コスモバイオ社製)(平均粒径:180μm)を2.4g混合させた。さらに攪拌を続け、4時間静置後、キレート剤としてEDTA・2Na・2H2Oを37.2g、緩衝剤としてセスキ炭酸ソーダを19g添加し、さらに、その他の添加剤として香料を混合し、ボディソープの形態で本発明の水素発生還元石鹸を製造した。
金属マグネシウムを混合させない以外は実施例1〜4とそれぞれ同様にして、比較例1〜4の石鹸を製造した。
実施例1、2および比較例1、2の固形石鹸について、水素発生の確認実験を行った。
Claims (4)
- 脂肪酸金属塩と金属マグネシウムとを混合してなる、水素発生還元石鹸。
- 金属マグネシウムが、0.001〜50重量%混合されたものである、請求項1に記載の水素発生還元石鹸。
- キレート剤および/または緩衝剤をさらに混合してなる、請求項1または2に記載の水素発生還元石鹸。
- 脂肪酸または油脂とアルカリ性物質を反応させて脂肪酸金属塩を生成する際に、金属マグネシウムを混合する工程を含む、水素発生還元石鹸の製造方法。
