Description
このため、本発明の主目的は、上述した従来のシステムの欠点のないスパンボンドウェブの製造方法を提供することである。

Claims (7)
- 以下の工程:
(a)熱可塑性合成樹脂のフィラメントを形成する工程、
(b)前記フィラメントをスパンボンドウェブに集める工程、
(c)前記スパンボンドウェブをカレンダーで事前圧縮する工程、
(d)前記スパンボンドウェブを湿潤剤で処理する工程、そして
(e)前記スパンボンドウェブを水圧で強化する工程、
を含むスパンボンドウェブを製造する方法。 - 前記フィラメントが、紡糸口金で製造され、その後冷却される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フィラメントが、連続的に移動される多孔性ベルト上に集められる請求項2に記載の方法。
- 更に、前記フィラメントが前記ベルト上に集められた領域において、少なくとも1種の吸引装置で、前記ベルトの下側から前記ベルトを介して空気を吸引する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記フィラメントが前記ベルト上のスパンボンドウェブに集められた後に、前記フィラメントが前記湿潤剤で処理される請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記湿潤剤が界面活性剤である請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記スパンボンドウェブが、噴射水流を向けることによって水圧で強化される請求項6に記載の方法。
