Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 스펀본드 웹의 제조 방법으로서,(a) 열가소성 합성 수지제의 필라멘트를 형성하는 단계와,(b) 상기 필라멘트를 스펀본드 웹에 수집하는 단계와,(c) 상기 필라멘트를 습윤제로 처리하는 단계와,(d) 상기 스펀본드 웹을 유체 역학적으로 경화하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 스펀본드 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트는 방적 돌기에 의해 제조된 다음 냉각되는 것인 스펀본드 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트는 연속적으로 이동되는 유공(有孔) 벨트 상에 수집되는 것인 스펀본드 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트가 1개 이상의 흡입 장치에 의해 상기 유공 벨트 상에 수집되는 영역에서 상기 유공 벨트 아래로부터 그 벨트를 통해 공기를 끌어당기는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 스펀본드 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트는 상기 유공 벨트 상의 스펀본드 웹으로 수집된 후에 습윤제로 처리되는 것인 스펀본드 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 습윤제는 계면 활성제인 것인 스펀본드 웹의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스펀본드 웹은 물 분사를 웹 위에 가함으로써 유체 역학적으로 경화되는 것인 스펀본드 웹의 제조 방법.
