Abstract

Claims (5)
- 不織材料の第1のウェブを形成するための少なくとも1つのスパンボンド装置
前記第1のウェブ上に不織材料の第2のウェブを形成することにより、複合スパンボンド及びメルトブローウェブを形成するための少なくとも1つのメルトブロー装置、及び
メルトブロー繊維が堆積する領域の下流に、そしてこのような繊維がまだ冷却されず、ドラム上の模様を押印するのに十分なだけ近接して置かれる、前記複合ウェブに模様を伝達するための模様付けドラム
を含む、不織物の製造装置。 - 更に、前記複合ウェブ上に第3のウェブを形成しそこへ結合させる第2のスパンボンド装置を含む請求項1に記載の装置。
- スパンボンド工程において不織材料の第1のウェブを形成する段階、
メルトブロー工程において前記第1のウェブ上に不織材料の第2のウェブを形成する段階、
前記不織材料の第1及び第2のウェブを結合することにより複合不織ウェブを形成する段階、及び
メルトブロー繊維が堆積する領域の下流に、そしてこのような繊維がまだ冷却されず、ドラム上の模様を押印するのに十分なだけ近接して置かれる模様付けドラムを使用して前記組み合わされたウェブに模様を形成する段階
を含む、模様付けされた不織物を形成する方法。 - 更に、複合ウェブ上にスパンボンド不織材料の第3のウェブを形成する段階を含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- 更に、プレスロール中で第3のウェブと複合ウェブの組み合わせをプレスする段階を含む請求項4に記載の方法。
