本発明に従った組成物
次の混合物を水中で撹拌しながら調製した。
オレイン酸: 9重量%
ワックス(*): 10重量%
「RHODAFAC PA35」(**): 5重量%
H3PO4/ジエタノールアミン: 7〜9のpHを持たせるのに十分な量(緩衝剤)
(*) エチレンビス(ステアロアミド):0.5〜10μmの寸法
(**) ポリエトキシル化燐酸エステル(ロディア・シミ社によって製造販売される約17の平均炭素数及び約5個のエトキシル化単位を有する脂肪アルコールの混合物から誘導される)
次いで、得られた混合物を10倍に希釈した。
試験は、2個の10cm直径ロールを含む圧延ロール機で行われた。
圧延した金属は、幅10mmで厚さ約0.4mmのコイルステンレス鋼であった。
ロールへの適用力は、20〜55%のシート圧下率を得るために200メートルトン/m〜1200メートルトン/mを変動した。
試験中に、潤滑剤を80℃で使用した。
本発明に従った潤滑剤は、ロールの5m/sの線速度について、圧延ロール機の締付限界に達することなく少なくとも55%の圧下率を得るのを可能にした。
Claims (13)
- (1)5〜40個の炭素原子を含有する飽和若しくは不飽和モノカルボン酸又はポリカルボン酸から選択される少なくとも1種の酸、及び式:
(RO)x−P(=O)(OH)x'
[式中、Rは随意にポリアルコキシル化されうる炭化水素基であり、x及びx’は1又は2であり、但し、x及びx’の合計は3であるとする]の少なくとも1種の燐酸エステルを基材とする少なくとも1種の混合物(ここで、カルボン酸及び/又は燐酸エステルは有機又は無機塩基によって随意に中和されうる)と、(2)50℃よりも低くない融点を有し且つ0.5〜10μmの範囲の平均粒度を有する少なくとも1種の天然又は合成ワックスとを含む水性潤滑剤を使用する金属の低温圧延法。 - 混合物(1)中のカルボン酸が、1個又はそれ以上のカルボン酸官能基、及び1個又はそれ以上のエチレン式不飽和基を有する少なくとも1種の線状若しくは分岐状アルキル基又はアルケニル基を含み、しかも該基が1個又はそれ以上のヒドロキシル基で随意に置換されうることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。

- 有機塩基が、1〜40個の炭素原子を有する少なくとも1個の線状、分岐状又は環状炭化水素基を含みしかも1個又はそれ以上のヒドロキシル基及び/又は1個又はそれ以上のオキシアルキレン基で随意に置換されうる第一、第二若しくは第三アミン又はポリアミンから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- ワックスが、パラフィンワックスから選択される天然ワックス、又はエステル及び/又はアミド官能基を含む合成ワックスであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 合成ワックスが、次の式:
R’−CO−A−(CR”2)n−A−CO−R’
[式中、R’基は同種又は異種であってよく、そして5〜22個の炭素原子を含有する脂肪族基(該基は飽和であるか、又は1個若しくはそれ以上の共役若しくは非共役炭素−炭素二重結合を有する)を表し、R”基は同種又は異種であってよく、そして水素原子又は1〜4個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル基を表し、nは2〜12の整数を表し、そしてA基は同種又は異種であってよく、そして−O−又は−NH−を表す]に相当することを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。 - ワックスが、80℃よりも低くない融点を有することを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の方法。
- 使用時の水性潤滑剤中の化合物(1)及び(2)の総含量が潤滑剤の0.05〜10重量%であることを特徴する請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 使用時の水性潤滑剤中の化合物(1)及び(2)の総含量が潤滑剤の0.05〜5重量%であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 金属類の冷間圧延に適用可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 前記金属類が鋼、ステンレス鋼、銅、亜鉛、錫及び銅基材合金(青銅、黄銅)から選択される請求項11記載の方法。
- ステンレス鋼の冷間圧延に適用可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1 2に記載の方法。
