Claims (6)
- 洗浄液循環系に洗浄液として苛性ソーダが供給されそして苛性ソーダを再生するための脱着装置で不純物が洗浄液から除去されそしてコークス炉ガスが洗浄液で向流状態で洗浄される、コークス炉ガスをガス洗浄によって浄化する方法において、ガス洗浄を二段階で実施し、即ち第一のアルカリ洗浄段階は酸性ガス成分のために並びに中性から酸性のpH域で実施される第二の洗浄段階はアンモニア吸収のために実施し、
浄化すべきコークス炉ガスは、第二の洗浄段階の脚部に供給され、これら両方の洗浄段階を相前後して貫流しそして第一の洗浄段階の頂部で引き出され、
苛性ソーダ溶液は第一の洗浄段階の頂部に供給され、
第一の洗浄段階からの流出する洗浄液は第二の洗浄段階の上部領域に供給され、
酸性ガス成分を吸収することによって洗浄液のpH値は、第二の洗浄段階の洗浄液をアンモニアの吸収のために利用できるような程度に下げる
ことを特徴とする、上記方法。 - 洗浄液循環系に洗浄液として苛性ソーダが供給されそして苛性ソーダを再生するための脱着装置で不純物が洗浄液から除去されそしてコークス炉ガスが洗浄液で向流状態で洗浄される、コークス炉ガスをガス洗浄によって浄化する方法において、
洗浄すべきコークス炉ガスが第一の吸収装置において苛性ソーダで洗浄され、次いで第二の吸収装置に供給され、そこにおいてガス流からアンモニアが分離除去され、
第一の吸収装置からの洗浄液が脱着装置に供給され、そこにおいて苛性ソーダ溶液が再生されそして酸性ガスおよびアンモニアが除去され、
再生された苛性ソーダ溶液が分離段階において第一の吸収装置に戻される濃厚液流および第二の吸収装置のための実質的にNaOH不含の洗浄液流に分離され
第二の吸収装置から引き出される洗浄液が第一の吸収装置に戻される
ことを特徴とする、上記方法。 - 分離段階を逆浸透法として実施しそしてNaOHに対して高い保持能力を有する逆浸透膜を使用する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 洗浄循環系からナトリウム塩を含有する廃水を引き出し、その結果として流体損失が生じ、その流体損失を補うために、コークス炉運転段階で生ずる炭素水を洗浄循環系に補充する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 脱着装置が減圧蒸留として運転される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 脱着装置から離れる再生された苛性ソーダ溶液から部分流を流し出し、そしてコークス炉運転段階からの炭素水と一緒に蒸発器に供給し、そこにおいて、液体を濃縮しそして脱着装置に供給される水蒸気流を発生させ、
浄化されたガスを下流に連結された精密洗浄装置に供給し、そこにおいて、存在する僅かな残量の酸性ガス成分を洗去し、
精密洗浄装置を蒸発器から引き出される液体を用いて少なくとも部分的に運転し、そして、精密洗浄装置から引き出される液体を蒸発器に戻す、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
