Description
Claims (13)
- 板状の弾性体であって当該弾性体をその厚さ方向に貫通する複数の第1の貫通穴を備える弾性体と、
前記第1の貫通穴に個々に対応されて前記弾性体に配置された、弾性変形可能の複数の座であってそれぞれが当該座をその厚さ方向に貫通して対応する第1の貫通穴に連通された第2の貫通穴を備える複数の座と、
前記第1及び第2の貫通穴に収容された第1の部位、該第1の部位の一端に一体的に続きかつ前記第2の貫通穴から前記第1の部位の側と反対側に突出した第2の部位、並びに該第2の部位の前記第1の部位の側の端部外周に一体的に形成されたフランジ部であって前記座に当接可能のフランジ部を備える複数の第1のピンと、
前記第1のピンの他端側にあって前記第1のピンに対し前記第1の貫通穴の軸線方向に隣り合って前記第1の貫通穴に収容された複数の第2のピンとを含み、
前記第1及び第2のピンの少なくとも一方は、さらに、前記第1の貫通穴の軸線に対して角度を有する面領域を他方の側に備え、前記第1及び第2のピンの他方は前記面領域に当接可能の箇所を前記一方の側に備える、電気的接続装置。 - さらに、前記第1の貫通穴に個々に対応された複数の接続ランドを備える配線基板を含む、請求項1に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記第2のピンは、前記第1のピンと反端側の端部を球状面とされていると共に、前記球状面の一部において前記接続ランドに当接されている、請求項2に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記第1及び第2のピンは、いずれも、前記面領域を備えている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記第1及び第2のピンのいずれか一方の前記面領域は凸状の横断面形状を有し、他方の面領域は前記一方の面領域が相対的変位可能に嵌合された凹状の横断面形状を有する、請求項4に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記複数の座は、前記複数の第2の貫通穴を備えるシート状部材であって前記弾性体に重ねられたシート状部材に一体的に形成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記シート状部材は、さらに、隣り合う第2の貫通穴の周りのシート状領域を、前記座として作用させるべく、それらシート状領域が部分的に続くように、区画する複数のスリットを備える、請求項6に記載の電気的接続装置。
- さらに、隣り合う第1の貫通穴の周りの弾性領域を区画すべく前記弾性体内に配置された格子を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記格子は、縦横に組み合わされた複数の帯状部材であって前記弾性領域をそれら弾性領域が部分的に続くように区画する複数の帯状部材を含む、請求項8に記載の電気的接続装置。
- さらに、前記複数の座に重ねられた押え板を含み、該押え板は、前記第1のピンの第2の部位をその先端部が突出した状態に個々に受け入れた複数の穴と、該穴に連通されて前記フランジ部を個々に受け入れた複数の凹所とを備える、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記第1のピンは、さらに、前記第2の部位からさらに突出する1以上の角錐形の突起を備える、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記弾性体は、さらに、前記第1の貫通穴の周りにあって前記座の側に開放する凹所を備える、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 記第2のピンは、前記面領域を備えると共に、さらに前記面領域の下部にL字状の段部を備え、前記弾性体は、さらに、前記第1の貫通穴内に突出して前記第2のピンを前記段部において押える押え部を備え、前記第1のピン及び前記段部は前記第1及び第2のピンが相対的に押圧されたときに前記第1のピンの逃げとなる空間を前記第1の貫通穴にあって前記押え部の上方に形成している、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続装置。
