Description
少なくとも2枚の基体を貼合してなるICを搭載したカードの、少なくとも上基体には熱転写記録法で昇華もしくは熱拡散性染料画像を受容する受像層を設け、2枚の上下基体の間にICを有する中間層を有し、かつ受像層と上基体との間及び受像層を有する上基体とICを有する中間層との間の両方にクッション層を有し、受像層/クッション層/基体/クッション層の順に設けたことを特徴とするICカード。
受像層を有さない基体の表面にクッション層を介してあるいは介さずして筆記層を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のICカード。
ICカード上の受像層に画像を形成した後、中間保護層を形成し、その上に紫外線硬化樹脂層を設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のICカード。
基体および/またはクッション層が白色顔料を含有してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のICカード。
前記クッション層の引張弾性率(ASTM D790)196〜1960N(20〜200kgf)/mm2であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のICカード。
ただし、式中X1は、少なくとも一つの環が5〜7個の原子から構成される芳香族の炭素環、または複素環を完成するのに必要な原子群を表し、アゾ結合に結合する炭素原子の隣接位の少なくとも一つが、窒素原子またはキレート化基で置換された炭素原子である。X2は、少なくとも一つの環が5〜7個の原子から構成される芳香族複素環または、芳香族炭素環を表す。Gはキレート化基を表す。
ただし、上記式中、Mは金属イオン、好ましくはNi2+,Cu2+,Cr2+,Co2+,Zn2+を表す。Q1,Q2,Q3は各々Mで表される金属イオンと配位結合可能な配位化合物を表し、互いに同じであっても異なっていても良い。これらの配位化合物としては、例えばキレート科学(5)(南江堂)に記載されている配位化合物から選択することができる。L-は有機アニオン基を表し、具体的にはテトラフェニルホウ素アニオンやアルキルベンゼンスルホン酸アニオン等を挙げることができる。xは1、2又は3の整数を表し、yは1、2又は0を表し、zは1又は0を表すが、これらは前記一般式で表される錯体が4座配位か、6座配位かによって決定されるか、或いはQ1,Q2,Q3の配位子の数によって決定される。pは1又は2を表す。この種のメタルソースの具体例は米国特許第4,987,049号明細書に例示されたものを挙げることができる。
ICカードは、次のようにして製造することができる。

Claims (5)
- 少なくとも2枚の基体を貼合してなるICを搭載したカードの、少なくとも上基体には熱転写記録法で昇華もしくは熱拡散性染料画像を受容する受像層を設け、2枚の上下基体の間にICを有する中間層を有し、かつ受像層と上基体との間及び受像層を有する上基体とICを有する中間層との間の両方にクッション層を有し、受像層/クッション層/基体/クッション層の順に設けたことを特徴とするICカード。
- 受像層を有さない基体の表面にクッション層を介してあるいは介さずして筆記層を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のICカード。
- ICカード上の受像層に画像を形成した後、中間保護層を形成し、その上に紫外線硬化樹脂層を設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のICカード。
- 基体および/またはクッション層が白色顔料を含有してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のICカード。
