Description
欧州特許第0344912B1号は、2以上のある特殊なヒドロキシ官能性ポリマーを含む非ヘアーリング性水分硬化性ホットメルト組成物を開示している。
(a)前記組成物の重量を基準にして5重量%〜90重量%の少なくとも1種類のポリオール;
(b)前記組成物の重量を基準にして1重量%〜20重量%の、重量平均分子量が40,000以上である少なくとも1種類の非反応性アクリルポリマー;および、
(c)前記組成物の重量を基準にして5重量%〜50重量%の少なくとも1種類のポリイソシアネート、
を含む成分を混合する工程を含む方法によって製造される。
(a)前記組成物の重量を基準にして5重量%〜90重量%の少なくとも1種類のポリオール;
(b)前記組成物の重量を基準にして1重量%〜20重量%の、重量平均分子量が40,000以上である少なくとも1種類の非反応性アクリルポリマー;および、
(c)前記組成物の重量を基準にして5重量%〜50重量%の少なくとも1種類のポリイソシアネート、
を含む成分を混合する工程を含む方法であって、前記方法の少なくとも1種類の生成物が水分反応性ホットメルト組成物である方法が提供される。
(I)請求項1記載の組成物のフィルムを第1の基体に適用する工程、および
(II)少なくとも1つの次の基体を前記フィルムと接触させる工程、
を含む方法によって製造される複合構造体が提供される。
(ポリオール当量)=56×1000/(ヒドロキシル価)
に従って定義される。ポリオールのみかけの分子量は、ポリオール当量とポリオールの官能性との積として定義される。ポリオールの官能性は、1分子当たりのヒドロキシル基の数である。
OH#=ヒドロキシル価、物質1g当たりのKOHのg数で報告される、ヒドロキシル価は概算値である
HDA=ヘキサンジオールアジペート
HDAT=ヘキサンジオールとアジピン酸およびテレフタル酸の混合物とのポリエステル
NPGA=ネオペンチルグリコールアジペート
DMDEE=ジモルホリノジエチルエーテル、2,2’ジモルホリノエチルエーテルとも呼ばれる
NMW=みかけの分子量、値は概算値である
以下の実施例において、一部の材料については、以下の手順を使用してグリーン強度を測定した。
以下の実施例では、以下の手順で材料の糸引き性を試験した。
「高糸引き性」=多くの細い糸が存在し、コーティングされた基体を取り扱う場合に糸を取り扱うために特殊な手段を必要とする。
「低糸引き性」=糸が全く見られないか、または糸が少ないため、コーティングされた基体を取り扱う場合に存在する糸を取り扱うために特殊な手段を必要としない。
Desmophen(商標)S105P−30およびS107−110を別々の容器中で90℃に72時間加熱し続けた後にバッチを実施した。
実施例1の方法を使用し、以下の成分を使用して比較例配合物を調製する。示される量は、配合物の重量を基準にした重量%である。

本明細書で前述した規定のグリーン強度測定試験を使用して、以下の結果を得た。
本明細書で前述した方法を使用して、種々の材料の糸引き性を評価した。結果を以下に示す。
使用する前に、Desmophen(商標)105−30、Desmophen(商標)105−110、およびDynacoll(商標)7345を、別々の容器に入れ、90℃の加熱ボックス中で72時間維持した。以下の手順の間、反応器に窒素をパージしながら、成分を反応器に加えた。
Claims (14)
- 水分反応性ホットメルト組成物であって、
(a)前記組成物の重量を基準にして30重量%〜90重量%の少なくとも1種類のポリオール;
(b)前記組成物の重量を基準にして1重量%〜20重量%の、重量平均分子量が40,000以上である少なくとも1種類の非晶性非反応性アクリルポリマー;および、
(c)前記組成物の重量を基準にして5重量%〜50重量%の少なくとも1種類のポリイソシアネート、
を含む成分を混合する工程を含む方法によって製造される組成物。 - 前記組成物が低糸引き性を有する請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記成分(a)が、
(a)(i)前記組成物の重量を基準にして0重量%〜65重量%の少なくとも1種類の結晶性ポリエステルポリオール;
(a)(ii)前記組成物の重量を基準にして0重量%〜15重量%の少なくとも1種類のポリエーテルポリオール;および
(a)(iii)前記組成物の重量を基準にして5重量%〜50重量%の少なくとも1種類の非晶性ポリエステルポリオール
を含み、
前記成分(a)(i)および(a)(ii)の量の合計が前記組成物の重量を基準にして10重量%〜80重量%となる請求項1記載の組成物。 - 前記成分(a)(i)が、線状脂肪族ジオールと線状脂肪族二酸との反応生成物である少なくとも1種類の結晶性ポリエステルポリオールを含む請求項3記載の組成物。
- 前記成分(a)(i)の量が、前記組成物の重量を基準にして20重量%〜40重量%である請求項3記載の組成物。
- 前記成分(a)(ii)の量が、前記組成物の重量を基準にして5重量%〜10重量%である請求項3記載の組成物。
- 組成物が、
(A)前記成分(a)(i)、(a)(ii)、および(c)を含む第1の混合物を100℃以上で15分以上加熱する工程;
(B)前記第1の混合物を95℃以下に冷却する工程;
(C)前記成分(a)(iii)を前記第1の混合物に加えることによって第2の混合物を形成する工程;および
(D)前記第2の混合物を100℃以上に15分以上加熱する工程、
の操作を含み
ここで、前記工程(A)、(B)、(C)および(D)は、(A)次いで(B)次いで(C)さらに次いで(D)の順で行われ、
前記成分(b)は、前記操作(A)、(B)、(C)、(D)のいずれかの前、操作中、または操作後、またはそれらの組み合わせで加えられる、
方法により製造される請求項3記載の組成物。 - (a)組成物の重量を基準にして30重量%〜90重量%の少なくとも1種類のポリオール;
(b)組成物の重量を基準にして1重量%〜20重量%の、重量平均分子量が40,000以上である少なくとも1種類の非晶性非反応性アクリルポリマー;および、
(c)組成物の重量を基準にして5重量%〜50重量%の少なくとも1種類のポリイソシアネート、
を含む成分を混合する工程を含む
水分反応性ホットメルト組成物を製造する方法。 - 水分反応性ホットメルト組成物が低糸引き性を有する、請求項8記載の水分反応性ホットメルト組成物を製造する方法。
- (I)請求項1記載の組成物から形成されるフィルムを第1の基体に適用する工程、および
(II)少なくとも1つの次の基体を前記フィルムと接触させる工程、
を含む方法によって製造される複合構造体。 - 前記非反応性アクリルポリマーが、当該非反応性アクリルポリマーの重量を基準にして50重量%以上の、アクリルモノマー、メタアクリルモノマーおよびこれらの混合物から選択されるモノマーを含むモノマー単位を組み込んでいる、請求項1に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト組成物。
- 前記非反応性アクリルポリマーが、当該非反応性アクリルポリマーの重量を基準にして75重量%以上の、アクリルモノマー、メタアクリルモノマーおよびこれらの混合物から選択されるモノマーを含むモノマー単位を組み込んでいる、請求項1に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト組成物。
- 前記非反応性アクリルポリマーが、当該非反応性アクリルポリマーの重量を基準にして95重量%以上の、アクリルモノマー、メタアクリルモノマーおよびこれらの混合物から選択されるモノマーを含むモノマー単位を組み込んでいる、請求項1に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト組成物。
- 前記非反応性アクリルポリマーが、当該非反応性アクリルポリマーの重量を基準にして100重量%の、アクリルモノマー、メタアクリルモノマーおよびこれらの混合物から選択されるモノマーを含むモノマー単位を組み込んでいる、請求項1に記載の水分反応性ホットメルト組成物。
