Description
この種のバルブはハウジングに空気の正圧がかかっておらず、これを使用する場合、通過路を貫流する媒体、ないしは遮断位置にあるスライドによって遮断される媒体によって、スライドやスライドハウジングの諸部品が汚染されるという危険がつねに存在する。その結果この種のスライドバルブは、使用目的に応じてときどき分解し、清掃しなければならないことになる。
とくに問題なのは、液体の食品の場合、かつ健康を危険にさらす分解生成物を生じる可能性がある場合に、この状況が生じるときである。この分解生成物はスライドハウジングに集まることがある。下水管の場合も、ハウジングにおける集積物によってしばしば清掃作業が必要となる。
この問題を防止するために、冒頭に挙げた種類のスライドバルブが開発された。
本発明のスライドバルブの場合、この空気正圧は別個に加えられるのではなく、駆動ピストンのシリンダーから導かれる。この駆動シリンダーは5/2ウェイ・バルブを経由して作動される。
自浄作用を行わないものであって知られているバルブの関連では、スライドを作動するために5/2ウェイ・バルブを使用することが知られている(DE/A/4127240)。
Claims (1)
- スライドバルブにおいて、すなわち、液体、汚泥、下水の通過路に用いる管路のためのスライドバルブであって、その液体のための貫通孔を持つハウジング(G)と、通過路を開放ないし遮断するため、開位置と閉位置のあいだでスライドに対し制御された駆動を行う圧縮空気作動のピストン・シリンダー配置物とを備え、またこの場合、スライドを囲むハウジング(G)の中を可動状態でスライド(S)が案内され、このハウジング(G)に導管(R)を経由して圧縮空気(P)を供給するが、この供給は、スライド(S)が動作運動するときにハウジング(G)に空気の正圧がかかるように行われ、これにより通過路(D)からハウジング内に汚染物が移動するのを防止する上記のスライドバルブにおいて、開位置にあるスライド(S)の通過口(D)を上記貫通孔が完全に囲んで、かつスライドの駆動装置(K)とハウジング(G)に5/2ウェイ・バルブを経由して圧縮空気(P)が供給されるように、貫通口を持つハウジング(G)が形成されることと、圧縮空気が駆動ピストン(K)のシリンダー(Z)から導かれることとを特徴とするスライドバルブ。
