Description
他の好ましい態様では、前記嵌着穴部の内径は前記小径軸部の外径より若干大きくされ、前記圧印痕の前記外周面からの突出高さは、前記嵌着穴部と前記小径軸部との間に形成されるギャップより大きくされる。
より具体的な好ましい態様では、前記金属板における前記嵌着穴部分の板厚は、3mm以下とされ、また、前記圧印痕の前記外周面からの突出高さは、0.08〜0.3mmとされる。
この場合、前記スロットルセンサは、接触式もしくは非接触式のいずれでもよい。
従来においては、レーザ溶接時に金属板を特別の治具を用いて位置決め固定しておく必要
があったが、本発明の結合構造及び結合方法では、金属板を回転軸に対して所定の角度(姿勢)をもって圧入することにより、金属板が回転軸に仮止めされることになるので、レーザ溶接時に金属板を位置決め固定する必要はなくなり、これによっても、コストを低く抑えられる。
図1は、本発明に係る回転軸と金属板との結合構造の一実施形態が適用された電制スロットル装置の、ギヤカバーを取り除いた状態の分解斜視図、図2は、図1に示される電制スロットル装置の、吸気通路に直交しかつ弁軸の回転軸線を通る断面図、図3は、図1に示される電制スロットル装置のギヤ設置部をギヤカバーを取り除いた状態で示す側面図、である。
図5は、前記弁軸3の製作工程を順次示している。

Claims (3)
- 大径軸部の一端側に第1小径軸部が、間に回転軸線に直交する第1肩面が形成されるように所定の段差を付けて連設されるとともに、前記第1小径軸部の一端側に、該第1小径軸部より小径の第2小径軸部が、間に回転軸線に直交する第2肩面が形成されるように所定の段差を付けて連設された段付き回転軸における前記第1小径軸部及び第2小径軸部と、該第1小径軸部及び第2小径軸部にそれぞれ外嵌される円形の第1嵌着穴部及び第2嵌着穴部が形成された第1金属板及び第2金属板と、の結合構造であって、
前記第1小径軸部及び第2小径軸部の外周面にそれぞれ軸方向に伸びる複数条の第1圧印痕及び第2圧印痕が形成され、前記第1小径軸部及び第2小径軸部に前記第1嵌着穴部及び第2嵌着穴部がそれぞれ前記第1圧印痕及び第2圧印痕により塑性変形を受けるようにして順次圧入されて、前記第1金属板及び第2金属板の一側面における前記第1嵌着穴部及び第2嵌着穴部の周辺部分がそれぞれ前記第1肩面及び第2肩面に押し当てられ、前記第1小径軸部及び第2小径軸部の外周面と前記第1嵌着穴部及び第2嵌着穴部がそれぞれレーザー溶接により接合されてなる、回転軸と金属板との結合構造であり、
該結合構造が、絞り弁が取り付けられる前記回転軸としての弁軸と、モータの回転駆動力を前記弁軸に伝えるべく該弁軸に結合される前記第1金属板としてのスロットルギヤと、の結合、並びに、前記弁軸と、スロットルポジションを検出するスロットルセンサの一構成要素として前記弁軸に結合される前記第2金属板としてのドライビングブラケットと、の結合に適用されていることを特徴とする電制スロットル装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の圧印痕は、左右及び又は上下対称となるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電制スロットル装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の圧印痕の前記外周面からの突出高さは、0.08〜0.3mmであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電制スロットル装置。
