Description
本発明は、テレセンサーを内蔵する皮膚用パッチ材に関するが、特には温度センサーを内蔵する皮膚用パッチ材に関する。
本発明に関連して、第1の材料層であって対向する第1と第2の主要面を有し、その第1の主要面が皮膚適用可能な接着剤のコーティング層を有するものと、第2の材料層であって対向する第1と第2の主要面を有し、該第2の材料層の第1の主要面が第1の材料層の第2の主要面と対峙する関係を有するものと、感知した生理的パラメータを表す信号を発するテレセンサーであって、前記第1と第2の材料層に挟まれたものとを具備する皮膚用パッチ材が提供される。
図1乃至図3に示された皮膚用パッチ材は、2つの集積回路チップ2,4と、チップ2の電源端子に接続された2つのボタン型電池6と、チップ2の出力端子に接続されたアンテナ8を具備する。集積回路チップ4はサーミスタ12(図3図示)といくつかの受動素子(図示しない)に接続される。このサーミスタ12の電気抵抗は、ほとんどその温度に依存している。
Claims (14)
- 皮膚用パッチ材であって、
第1と第2の主要面を有する第1の材料層であって、その第1の主要面が皮膚適用可能な接着剤のコーティング層を有するものと、
第1と第2の主要面を有する第2の材料層であって、その第2の材料層の第1の主要面が前記第1の材料層の第2の主要面と対峙する関係を有し、前記第2の材料層がその第1の面において水蒸気を透過するが、その第2の面においては水滴を透過しない材料製であるものと、
感知した生理的パラメータを表す信号を発するテレセンサーであって、前記第1と第2の材料層の間に挟まれたものとを具備する皮膚用パッチ材。 - 前記第1の材料層が電気的に絶縁された材料製の可撓性回路基板であり、前記テレセンサーがその可撓性基材に取り付けられていることを特徴とする前記請求項1に記載の皮膚用パッチ材。
- 挿通孔が前記テレセンサーから離間した状態で、前記可撓性回路基板が形成されることを特徴とする前記請求項2に記載の皮膚用パッチ材。
- 前記テレセンサーが、前記可撓性回路基板に取り付けられた少なくとも一つの電機部品を有し、前記挿通孔がその電機部品とから離れていることを特徴とする前記請求項3に記載の皮膚用パッチ材。
- 前記テレセンサーがサーミスタを組み込んだ無安定マルチバイブレータを内蔵する温度センサーであって、該サーミスタの温度に依存する動作期間を有する矩形波の出力信号を前記無安定マルチバイブレータが生成し、更に、前記温度センサーが、マルチバイブレータの出力信号を受信して前記温度信号を生成するマイクロコントローラを具備することを特徴とする前記請求項1に記載の皮膚用パッチ材。
- 前記温度センサーが、更に、温度信号を受信し搬送波信号を前記温度信号によってコード化するために、マイクロコントローラに接続した無線送信機と、該コード化された搬送波信号を放射するアンテナを有することを特徴とする前記請求項5に記載の皮膚用パッチ材。
- 前記温度センサーが、情報を特定すると共に前記搬送波をコード化するための手段を有することを特徴とする前記請求項6に記載の皮膚用パッチ材。
- 第1と第2の互いに対向する主要面を有する可撓性回路基板であって、該可撓性回路基板の第1の主要面が前記第1の層の第2の主要面と対峙する関係にあり、更に、前記可撓性回路基板の第2の主要面が前記第2の層の第1の主要面と対峙する関係にあるものを有し、前記テレセンサーが前記可撓性回路基板にその第2の主要面において取り付けられていることを特徴とする前記請求項1に記載の皮膚用パッチ材。
- 前記第2の層が前記テレセンサーを覆う絶縁保護膜であることを特徴とする前記請求項1に記載の皮膚用パッチ材。
- 更に、テレセンサーを覆う電気的に絶縁性を有し且つ透水性を有さない材料の絶縁保護膜を有することを特徴とする前記請求項1に記載の皮膚用パッチ材。
- テレセンサーが温度センサーであって、前記第2の層が断熱材料製であることを特徴とする前記請求項1に記載の皮膚用パッチ材。
- 前記第1の層がその第1の面に存在する水蒸気を透過する材料製であるが、前記第2の層はその第1の面においては水蒸気を透過するがその第2の面において水滴を透過しない材料製であることを特徴とする前記請求項1に記載の皮膚用パッチ材。
- 第1と第2の主要面を有する支持層であって、その第1の主要面が皮膚適用可能な接着剤のコーティング層を有するものと、
生理的パラメータを感知し、その生理的パラメータを表す信号を発生するセンサー部材であって、前記第2の主要面において前記支持層に取り付けられているものと、
第1と第2の主要面を有する材料層であって、その材料層の第1の主要面が前記支持層の第2の主要面と対峙する関係を有し、前記材料層がその第1の面において水蒸気を透過するが、その第2の面においては水滴を透過しない材料製であるものと、
前記センサー部材によって発生された信号を測定して、その信号測定を表す値を格納するデータ格納部材と、
該格納された値を取り出す出力手段とを具備する生理的データを取得する装置。 - センサー部材によって発生された信号が、測定期間中に、時間関数としての生理的パラメータの計算を表し、そして、前記データ格納部材が測定期間中に前記センサー部材によって発生された信号を測定することを特徴とする前記請求項13に記載の装置。
