Description
Claims (3)
- 焼結可能な無機系粉末と有機バインダーとからなる粉末射出成形用組成物であって、
前記有機バインダーが、有機バインダー全体に対する割合として、ポリアセタール樹脂5〜30重量%、アクリル樹脂10〜40重量%、及びエチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体樹脂5〜30重量%を含有し、
前記アクリル樹脂が、(メタ)アクリル酸の炭素数1〜8のアルコールのエステルの重合体であり、
前記エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体樹脂のエチレン/酢酸ビニルの重量比が95/5〜60/40である
ことを特徴とする粉末射出成形用組成物。 - 前記ポリアセタール樹脂は、直径1mm、長さ2mmの流路中を圧力4.9MPaで流れ始める温度である流動開始温度が150〜200℃であり、前記アクリル樹脂は、該流動開始温度が90〜130℃であり、前記エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体樹脂は、該流動開始温度が50〜100℃であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の粉末射出成形用組成物。
- 前記有機バインダーとして更にワックス類及び/又は可塑剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の粉末射出成形用組成物。
