Claims (4)
- 第一食材を供給管路に供給する第一食材供給手段と、供給管路に接続されて前記第一食材を棒状に連続吐出するノズルと、該ノズルの出口を囲むように環状に形成された流通管路と、前記第一食材と性質の異なる第二食材を前記流通管路に供給する第二食材供給手段と、前記流通管路の内側に環状に形成されたバッファ部と、前記バッファ部と前記流通管路との間に形成された隔壁部に穿設された複数の連通孔と、前記バッファ部の内側に環状に形成されとともに前記ノズルの吐出方向に所定の幅で開口する食材吐出口とを備え、前記食材吐出口は、前記流通管路から前記連通孔及び前記バッファ部を介して連通しており、棒状に連続成形される第一食材の周囲を被覆するように前記食材吐出口から前記第二食材を所定の層厚で吐出することを特徴とする食品成形装置。
- 前記流通管路の流通断面積は、前記第二食材供給手段に連通する供給口から離れるに従い小さくなるように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の食品成形装置。
- 前記ノズルの内部に設けられると共に前記ノズルと同一の方向に吐出する内ノズルと、前記供給管路の内部に設けられると共に前記内ノズルと接続される供給内管路と、第三食材を供給内管路に供給する第三食材供給手段とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の食品成形装置。
- 前記供給管路と前記供給内管路との間に撹拌手段が配設されており、前記第一食材供給手段は第一食材として発酵生地を供給することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の食品成形装置。
