Description
図3に示すように、フリーシリンダー11は、ピストンの先端に固定された円形の固定環13を有している。固定部材15は、フローティングプレート3に固定され、固定環13の環内を通してフローティングプレート3の下側に突出させている。そのため固定環13の位置により、固定部材15を固定及び自由な状態に維持することができる。例えばフリーシリンダー11が動けば、固定環13も共に動き、固定環13の移動によって固定部材15が動き、フローティングプレート3が動く。

Claims (6)
- 前後進及び昇降作動するように走行レールに取り付けるベース部材と、
前記ベース部材との間に複数のボールベアリングとフリーシリンダーとを介在して、前記ベース部材上で前後及び左右に移動可能に取り付けた、センタリングアタッチメントユニットを設けているフローティングプレートと、
前記フローティングプレートに2次上昇ガイド及び2次上昇シリンダーを介在して、2次昇降可能に取り付けた、サンルーフアタッチメントユニットと1次昇降シャフトとを設けている2次上昇構造物と、
前記2次上昇構造物とフローティングプレートとの間に介在して、伸縮作動しながらフローティングプレート上のセンタリングアタッチメントユニットを車体ボディーのサンルーフ装着位置に一致させるセンタリングシリンダーユニットとを含む構成とすることを特徴とする、自動車の車体ボディーへのサンルーフポジショニング装置。 - 前記フリーシリンダーは、ベース部材に固定し、伸縮作動でフローティングプレートの下側に突出形成した固定部材を固定、及び、自由な状態に維持するようにピストンの先端に円形の固定環をさらに設けることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車の車体ボディーへのサンルーフポジショニング装置。
- 前記1次昇降シャフトは、
2次上昇構造物にブラケットにより垂直な状態に取り付けるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングにボールブッシュとスプリングとを介在して昇降可能に内蔵するロッドと、
前記ロッドの上側に設ける押さえキャップと、
前記ロッドの前記押さえキャップの反対方向の下側に設けるドッグとを含む構成とすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車の車体ボディーへのサンルーフポジショニング装置。 - 前記ドッグの下側には、ドッグの作動を感知する感知センサーを設けることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の自動車の車体ボディーへのサンルーフポジショニング装置。
- 前記センタリングシリンダーユニットは、長さ方向センタリングシリンダー、および左側及び右側センタリングシリンダーを含み、
センタリングアタッチメントユニットは、前記長さ方向センタリングシリンダーにより作動する長さ方向センタリングアタッチメント部材と、
前記左側及び右側センタリングシリンダーにより各々作動する左側及び右側センタリングアタッチメント部材とを含む構成とすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車の車体ボディーへのサンルーフポジショニング装置。 - 前後進及び昇降作動するように走行レールに取り付けるベース部材と、
前記ベース部材上で前後及び左右に移動可能に取り付けた、センタリングアタッチメントユニットを設けているフローティングプレートと、
前記フローティングプレートに2次昇降可能に取り付けた、サンルーフアタッチメントユニットと1次昇降シャフトとを設けている2次上昇構造物と、
前記2次上昇構造物とフローティングプレートとの間に介在して、伸縮作動しながらフローティングプレート上のセンタリングアタッチメントユニットを車体ボディーのサンルーフ装着位置に一致させるセンタリングシリンダーユニットとを含む構成とすることを特徴とする、自動車の車体ボディーへのサンルーフポジショニング装置。
