Description
溶着機本体1に対する回転ヘッド部10は、ほぼ180度の範囲で回転されるようにして構成することができる。
ハンドル7は、筐体部3における前部側の内部に、その操作部分が握持部2の前面で外出された状態のものとして揺動自在に枢着し、また揺動操作で超音波溶着部21に振動子電源を供給する電源スイッチ5をオンするようにしてある。
回転ヘッド体10におけるヘッド部11は、位置決めクリック手段12を介して筐体部3の前部に嵌め合わせてあり、この位置決めクリック手段12は、ヘッド部11の後部に形成した円筒状の回転筒13の外周面に山形状のクリック溝14を所定間隔毎に形成する一方、この回転筒13を嵌め入れるように、回転筒13に比し大径にして筐体部3の前部に形成した円筒状の支持筒15の内周面に断面でコ形状を呈する位置決め溝16を形成し、この位置決め溝16内に、クリック溝14に弾発的に突出して係合する山形状の位置決めスプリング17を内装することで構成することができる。
超音波溶着部21は、振動子電源の供給を受けて超音波を発振する振動子22と、被溶着物Tを振動子22と共に挟み込むよう振動子22に対向配置されるアンビルコマ23とを備え、これらの振動子22あるいはアンビルコマ23のいずれか一方が回転ヘッド体10の前方に突出配置させた進退アーム29に、すなわち固定側に振動子22が配置されているときはアンビルコマ23が進退アーム29にあるいは固定側にアンビルコマ23が配置されているときは振動子22が進退アーム29に、配装されていて、この進退アーム29が牽引手段25によって牽引あるいは原位置に復帰することに伴い進退されるものとして構成することができる。
牽引手段25は、ハンドル7に連繋され、回転ヘッド体10の回転中心軸に沿って進退する牽引索26と、この牽引索26に連繋されると共に、超音波発振部21における振動子22あるいはアンビルコマ23を支持して回転ヘッド体10の前方に進退自在に突出されている進退アーム29とを備え、また牽引索26はボールチェーンであるものとして構成することができる。
牽引索26は、ハンドル7の前面と進退アーム29の後部とを連繋していて、ハンドル7においての揺動支点から離れた位置でハンドル7自体の前面に牽引索の26の前端を連結し、一方、筐体部3内部に回転自在に対状にして上下に配した凹溝付の第1、第2の滑車27,28に牽引索26を周接させることで回転ヘッド体10の回転中心軸に沿った位置で進退アーム29後端に牽引索26の前端を連結して構成することができる。
また第1、第2の滑車27,28は、ハンドル7の前方に位置して筐体部3内に回転自在に支承されていて、牽引索26は、下位置にある第1滑車27の外周面に形成してある凹溝内の下面側及び前面側で牽引索26が周接し、また上位置にある第2滑車28の外周面に形成してある凹溝内の後面側及び上面側に牽引索26が周接して、これらの第1、第2の滑車27,28によって蛇行案内されるようにして配置してあると共に、これらの第1、第2の滑車27,28の外方には、これらの外周面を囲むように、ボールチェーンの牽引索26が脱落して動作不能となるのを防止するために、湾曲した牽引ガイド27A,28A夫々を配置して構成することができる。
進退アーム29は側面から見てほぼL字状に形成されていて、回転ヘッド体10の左右で相互に連結させて、例えば連結板32、コマ支持板33等によって連結させて対状に配列されていて、その後部を回転ヘッド体10内の前部に形成した左右の案内孔31内に挿通し、後端部相互間に架装した連結板32の後面中央に牽引索26の前端を連結する一方、回転ヘッド体10の前方に突出した折曲部分の先端部相互間に架装したコマ支持板33の後面にコマスプリング33Aを縮装してアンビルコマ23を弾発的に支持してあると共に、ハンドル7の操作で牽引された後に原位置に復帰させる戻しスプリング34を縮装して構成することができる。
超音波溶着部21は、振動子22とアンビルコマ23との間に掛かる溶着圧力を、アンビルコマ23を弾発的に支持するコマスプリング33Aによって一定にするようにして構成することができる。
溶着機本体1に対して、その筐体部3の前後に沿う回転中心軸を中心とした回転ヘッド体10の回転は180度前後の範囲内で、回転ヘッド体10の超音波溶着部21の向きを任意方向に設定させ、例えば作業者の右利き、左利き等の作業体勢等によった作業態様を選択させ、このときに回転させたときの位置決めクリック手段12はその回転停止位置を保持し、また強制的に回転させることで溶着機本体1に対する回転ヘッド体10の相対的な位置を再度、調整設定させる。
牽引手段25の進退操作による超音波溶着部21における振動子22とアンビルコマ23との接近、離反時の戻しスプリング34、コマスプリング33Aの適度な弾発力は、被溶着物Tに対する挟み込み力を自動的に調整させ、作業者による作業力の大小に拘わらずに被溶着物Tを一定の溶着圧力の下で確実に溶着させる。
牽引手段25においての牽引索26は、後端がハンドル7に連結され、前端が、凹溝付の第1、第2の滑車27,28に周接させることで回転ヘッド体10の回転中心軸に沿った位置で進退アーム29後端に連結されることで、ハンドル7の揺動操作を進退アーム29の進退動作に確実に変換させ、また溶着機本体1に対して回転ヘッド体10をどのような位置に回転させても、この牽引索26がボールチェーンであることと相俟ち、牽引索26自体に捻れを生じさせず、捻れに伴う牽引索26長さの変化による動作不良・変化等を防止させ、またハンドル7の揺動操作を進退アーム29の進退動作として確実に伝達させる。
牽引手段25による左右で対状の進退アーム29に対する進退作動に際し、回転ヘッド体10における案内孔31は進退アーム29の進退動作を円滑に案内スライドさせ、作業体勢時の回転ヘッド体10の回転位置決めの相違によっても捻れることなく、固定側、進退側の振動子22とアンビルコマ23とを被溶着物Tに対して確実に位置決めさせて接近、離反させる。

Claims (11)
- バッテリーパックが着脱自在に連結される握持部に筐体部を一体形成した溶着機本体と、筐体部の前部に、この筐体部における前後の軸線を中心として回転自在に装着される回転ヘッド体とから成り、回転ヘッド体は、筐体部の前部に回転自在にして装着されたヘッド部と、溶着すべき被溶着物を挟み、熱溶着するようにこのヘッド部の前方に配置されたホーン一体型の振動子を備えた超音波溶着部と、溶着機本体に設けたハンドルの揺動操作で超音波溶着部の振動子、アンビルコマ相互を接近させる牽引手段とを備えて成ることを特徴とする溶着機。
- 溶着機本体に対する回転ヘッド部は、ほぼ180度の範囲で回転されるようにしてある請求項1に記載の溶着機。
- ハンドルは、筐体部における前部側の内部に、その操作部分が握持部の前面で外出された状態のものとして揺動自在に枢着し、また揺動操作で振動子電源を供給する電源スイッチをオンするようにしてある請求項1または2に記載の溶着機。
- 回転ヘッド体におけるヘッド部は、位置決めクリック手段を介して筐体部の前部に嵌め合わせてあり、この位置決めクリック手段は、ヘッド部の後部に形成した円筒状の回転筒の外周面に山形状のクリック溝を所定間隔毎に形成する一方、この回転筒を嵌め入れるように、回転筒に比し大径にして筐体部の前部に形成した円筒状の支持筒の内周面に断面でコ形状を呈する位置決め溝を形成し、この位置決め溝内に、クリック溝に弾発的に突出して係合する山形状の位置決めスプリングを内装してある請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の溶着機。
- 超音波溶着部は、振動子電源の供給を受けて超音波を発振するホーン一体型の振動子と、被溶着物を振動子と共に挟み込むよう振動子に対向配置されるアンビルコマとを備え、これらの振動子あるいはアンビルコマのいずれか一方が回転ヘッド体の前方に突出配置させた進退アームに配装されていて、この進退アームが牽引手段によって牽引あるいは原位置に復帰することに伴い進退されるものとしてある請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の溶着機。
- 牽引手段は、ハンドルに連繋され、回転ヘッド体の回転中心軸に沿って進退する牽引索と、この牽引索に連繋されると共に、超音波溶着部における振動子あるいはアンビルコマを支持して回転ヘッド体の前方に進退自在に突出されている進退アームとを備えている請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の溶着機。
- 牽引索は、ボールチェーンである請求項6に記載の溶着機。
- 牽引索は、ハンドルの前面と進退アームの後部とを連繋していて、ハンドルにおいての揺動支点から離れた位置でハンドル自体の前面に牽引索の後端を連結し、一方、筐体部内部に回転自在に対状にして上下に配した凹溝付の第1、第2の滑車に牽引索を周接させることで回転ヘッド体の回転中心軸に沿った位置で進退アーム後端に牽引索の前端を連結してある請求項6または7に記載の溶着機。
- 第1、第2の滑車は、ハンドルの前方に位置して筐体部内に回転自在に支承されていて、牽引索は、下位置にある第1滑車の外周面に形成してある凹溝内の下面側及び前面側で牽引索が周接し、また上位置にある第2滑車の外周面に形成してある凹溝内の後面側及び上面側に牽引索が周接して、これらの第1、第2の滑車によって蛇行案内されるようにして配置してあると共に、これらの第1、第2の滑車の外方には、これらの外周面を囲むように湾曲した牽引ガイド夫々を配置してある請求項8に記載の溶着機。
- 進退アームは側面から見てほぼL字状に形成されていて、回転ヘッド体の左右で相互に連結させて対状に配列されていて、その後部を回転ヘッド体内の前部に形成した左右の案内孔内に挿通し、後端部相互間に架装した連結板の後面中央に牽引索の前端を連結する一方、回転ヘッド体の前方に突出した折曲部分の先端部相互間に架装したコマ支持板の後面にコマスプリングを縮装してアンビルコマを弾発的に支持してあると共に、ハンドルの操作で牽引された後に原位置に復帰させる戻しスプリングを縮装してある請求項5乃至9のいずれかに記載の溶着機。
- 超音波溶着部は、振動子とアンビルコマとの間に掛かる溶着圧力を、アンビルコマを弾発的に支持するコマスプリングによって一定にするようにしてある請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の溶着機。
