一种焊接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种便携焊接装置,更具体地是涉及一种用于焊接导带的焊接装置,导带被用于将大型衣物,例如床单,传送到洗衣店的烫衣平台上熨烫,但是其并不仅限与此。当然,本发明还可以用于将其他物品焊接在一起。
背景技术
导带在上述使用过程会磨损最终破裂。因此需要更换导带。在更换导带时,需要将导带沿着衣物的长度放好,然后将其两端手动打结或焊接在一起。
已知使用一种超声波焊接工具来焊接导带。然而传统的焊接工具需要使用电网电力。这对那些烫衣平台是其相当大的装备的洗衣店来说尤其不方便。
还有,传统的焊接工具会由于焊接变频器的振荡动力(通常大约60000周期每秒)而导致损坏,特别是当焊接装置工作台上没有要焊接的物品时。另外,它们缺乏通用性且不能使习惯右手和左手人都能使用。
发明内容

具体实施方式
参见附图,所示的焊接工具特别适用于焊接烫衣平台或烫平机的导带,该导带可以由编织合成热熔纤维带制成。当然,其还可以用于焊接其他热塑性物品。
该焊接装置包括一本体1,其具有一个圆柱部分3和一从圆柱部分3向下远离延伸的手柄部分2。一焊头10安装在圆柱部分3的前端。焊头10包括一具有一突出部分或套筒部分的壳体11,其可以在圆柱部分3的端部绕着圆柱部分3的纵轴线角位移。
焊头10具有一个焊接部分21,其包括一固定在焊头10上的超声波变频器22,和一个支撑在一滑块上的铁砧23,该滑块可在焊头10内来回移动。通常变频器22的尖度为1mm/10mm,铁砧23为4mm/12mm。
通过使一牵引装置25作用在前述滑块上,铁砧23可朝变频器22移动。
一电池壳B,优选为一可拆卸的电池壳,可拆卸的连接在本体1的手柄部分2的下端。
一电源电路单元6安装在圆柱部分3的后端,用于为变频器22供电。

一卡合棘爪机构12设置在焊头10和本体1的圆柱部分3之间,从而可选择的相对于圆柱部分3以任意角度支撑焊头10。在图4a和4b中示出了该棘爪机构12。其包括一构成焊头10的一部分的轮13以及一构成本体1的圆柱部分3的一部分的圆柱支撑件15。
轮13具有多个角度间隔的槽或凹槽14,其横截面为V形且与两个形式为棘爪簧17的弹性离合元件配合,棘爪簧17位于支撑件15上的两个直径相对的槽16中。这个卡合棘爪机构12使焊头10可选择的相对于圆柱部分3以任意角度位置固定,这使该工具无论是对于手持方式还是左手或者右手操作人员都是通用的。
根据操作者的位置可将其设置在适当角度位置。
棘爪机构12仅仅使焊头10在180°内改变位置,如图3所示,以防止球形链26不必要的扭曲。
电源电路单元6包括三个电路板,其位于本体1圆柱部分3的后部且固定在弹性支撑件8上。可在电路板周围缠绕软弹性材料,例如橡胶,以吸收任何外界的振动,例如焊接装置落地时产生的振动。
当一传感器感应到变频器22和铁砧23直接接触时,报警灯6a会点亮,报警灯6b用于警告使用者电量不足。该传感器还可以切断变频器22的电力供应。一盖35部分绕着滑块延伸以保护滑块,防止其受到外界振动和发生可能的变形,以及保护焊接部分21防止其在焊接工具落在地上或操作者使其碰到某物体时损坏或变形。
因此提供了一种便携焊接机器,其具有多功能且不需要电线。
仅仅通过实例说明了上述实施例,然而本领域技术人员可以看出没有超出本发明范围的各种变形,如在从属权利要求中限定的。
例如,铁砧23可以固定在焊头10上,变频器22可以支撑在滑块上。还有棘爪机构12可以只有一个弹性离合元件17。焊头10可以相对位于圆柱部分3的上方,而不是图3所示的下方,但是其仍可在180°范围内移动或转动。

Claims (12)

1、一种焊接装置,包括一本体,其具有一圆柱部分和一远离该圆柱部分延伸的手柄部分,一位于该圆柱部分一端的焊头,该焊头可相对于该圆柱部分绕着该圆柱部分的纵轴线角位移,且支撑一超声波变频器和一与该变频器配合的铁砧,该变频器和该铁砧可朝彼此相对移动,从而在其间夹紧一要焊接的物品,一牵引装置朝彼此拉动该变频器和该铁砧,以及一电池壳可拆卸的连接在该手柄部分。
2、根据权利要求1的焊接装置,其特征在于:该变频器或该铁砧固定在该焊头上,而该铁砧或该变频器支撑在一滑块上,该滑块可在该焊头内通过该牵引装置在平行于该焊头相对于该圆柱部分角位移的轴线方向上来回移动。
3、根据权利要求2的焊接装置,其特征在于:该滑块包括两个平行的臂,其相对的端连接在一起,且在分别在位于该焊头内的孔中引导其端部滑动。
4、根据权利要求2的焊接装置,其特征在于:该滑块通过弹簧装置推压在与牵引装置的牵引方向相对的方向上。
5、根据权利要求4的焊接装置,其特征在于:在该滑块和该铁砧或该变频器之间还作用有弹簧装置,以朝该变频器或该铁砧偏压该铁砧或该变频器。
6、根据权利要求1的焊接装置,其特征在于:该牵引装置包括一扳机和一弹性细长元件,所述弹性细长元件连接在该滑块和该扳机之间。
7、根据权利要求6的焊接装置,其特征在于:该弹性细长元件是一球形链。
8、根据权利要求6的焊接装置,其特征在于:该弹性细长元件连接在该滑块上,其位置与该焊头相对于该圆柱部分角位移的轴线重合,且被滑轮导向到偏离其与该扳机相连的所述轴线的一个位置。
9、根据权利要求6的焊接装置,其特征在于:该扳机与一开关配合,以向该超声波变频器供电。
10、根据权利要求1的焊接装置,其特征在于:一卡合棘爪机构设置在该焊头和该本体的该圆柱部分之间,从而相对于该圆柱部分在180°内任意角度固定该焊头。
11、根据权利要求10的焊接装置,其特征在于:该卡合棘爪机构包括多个角度间隔的槽或凹槽,且至少一个弹性离合元件支撑在该圆柱部分上,用于该槽或凹槽配合。
12、根据权利要求1的焊接装置,其特征在于:该焊头可相对于该圆柱部分在180°内角位移。
