Abstract
【解決手段】梱包された状態の廃アスベストAと、廃紙、廃木材、廃プラスチックからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の廃棄物Bとをガス化炉1に収納する工程と、ガス化炉1内で廃棄物Bを乾留して生じた可燃性ガスを燃焼炉2に導入して燃焼させる工程と、ガス化炉1内で廃アスベストAの梱包を燃焼させて廃アスベストAを露出せしめ、廃アスベストAと廃棄物Bの焼却灰とを混合させる工程と、ガス化炉1内で、該焼却灰と混合された廃アスベストAを加熱して溶融する工程とを備える。廃アスベストAは、耐水性材料で二重に梱包されている。廃アスベストAと、廃棄物Bとは、廃アスベスト:廃棄物=1:9〜6:4の重量比の範囲で、ガス化炉1に収納する。

また、本発明の方法において、前記廃アスベストと、前記廃棄物とは、廃アスベスト:廃棄物=1:9〜6:4の重量比の範囲で、前記ガス化炉に収納することが好ましい。本発明の方法において、前記ガス化炉に収納される前記廃アスベストと前記廃棄物とは、該廃アスベスト6重量部に対して該廃棄物が4重量部未満では、該廃アスベストの融点を降下させる効果と、所要の熱量とが十分に得られず、該廃アスベストを溶融させることができないことがある。また、該廃アスベスト1重量部に対して該廃棄物が9重量部を超えると、該廃アスベストの融点を降下させる効果と、所要の熱量とが過剰になり、該廃アスベストの処理効率が低下する。
Claims (2)
- 梱包された状態の廃アスベストと、廃紙、廃プラスチックからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の廃棄物とを、廃アスベスト:廃棄物=1:9〜6:4の重量比の範囲で、ガス化炉に収納する工程と、
該ガス化炉内で該廃棄物の一部を燃焼させつつ該燃焼熱により該廃棄物の残部を乾留して可燃性ガスを生ぜしめ、該可燃性ガスを燃焼炉に導入して燃焼させる工程と、
該ガス化炉内で該廃アスベストの梱包を燃焼させて該廃アスベストを露出せしめると共に、露出せしめられた該廃アスベストと該廃棄物の燃焼により生じた焼却灰とを混合させる工程と、
該ガス化炉内で、該焼却灰と混合された該廃アスベストを加熱して溶融する工程とを備えることを特徴とする廃アスベストの溶融処理方法。 - 前記廃アスベストは、耐水性材料で二重に梱包されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃アスベストの溶融処理方法。
