Abstract
【解決手段】梱包された状態の廃アスベストと、廃棄物Aの焼却灰とを密閉可能な混合手段32に供給する工程と、密閉された該混合手段32内で該廃アスベストの梱包を裂開して該アスベストを露出せしめ、該廃アスベストと該焼却灰とを混合する工程と、混合された該廃アスベストと該焼却灰とをロータリーキルン6に収納する工程と、ガス化炉1内で廃棄物の一部を燃焼させつつ該燃焼熱により該廃棄物の残部を乾留して可燃性ガスを生ぜしめ、該可燃性ガスを燃焼炉2に導入して燃焼させて、該燃焼炉2の燃焼排気の少なくとも一部を該ロータリーキルン6に導入し、該廃アスベストと該焼却灰との混合物を加熱して該廃アスベストを溶融する工程とを備える。

Claims (3)
- 梱包された状態の廃アスベストと、廃棄物の焼却灰とを密閉可能な混合手段に供給する工程と、
密閉された該混合手段内で該廃アスベストの梱包を裂開して該アスベストを露出せしめ、該廃アスベストと該焼却灰とを混合する工程と、
混合された該廃アスベストと該焼却灰とをロータリーキルンに収納する工程と、
ガス化炉内で廃棄物の一部を燃焼させつつ該燃焼熱により該廃棄物の残部を乾留して可燃性ガスを生ぜしめ、該可燃性ガスを燃焼炉に導入して燃焼させて、該燃焼炉の燃焼排気の少なくとも一部を該ロータリーキルンに導入し、該廃アスベストと該焼却灰との混合物を加熱して該廃アスベストを溶融する工程とを備え、
前記混合手段は、互いに平行に設けられた2本のスクリューコンベアにより、前記梱包された状態の廃アスベストを挟持し、該スクリューコンベアを互いに反対方向に回転させることにより、該廃アスベストの梱包を裂開して該アスベストを露出せしめることを特徴とする廃アスベストの溶融処理方法。 - 前記廃アスベストは、耐水性材料で二重に梱包されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃アスベストの溶融処理方法。
- 前記廃棄物は、廃紙、廃木材、廃プラスチックからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の廃棄物であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の廃アスベストの溶融処理方法。
