Description
圧力損失=(静圧−機外静圧6mmAq)×0.7
より、22〜24.5mmAq程度になる。これらの値から試算すると、担持層に許される最大厚みは500μmとなる。現実的には、FP(フィンピッチ)1.4〜2.0mm、風速0.8〜1.2m/s、担持層の厚み150〜300μm、圧力損失10mmAq前後であるとすると、担持層の厚みは500μmが上限値として十分である。逆に、熱交換器のコンパクト化を実現しようとすれば、吸着剤の能力から150μm以下では困難であり、熱交換器の大型化が許されたとしても50μm以上は必要と考えられる。なお、フィン(57)以外の圧力損失増加にあまり影響しない箇所(例えば、枠板(61)、伝熱管(63)及び接続管(65))には、担持層をフィン(57)よりも厚く形成して吸脱着性能を向上させてもよい。
この調湿装置では、除湿運転と加湿運転とが切り換え可能となっている。また、除湿運転中や加湿運転中には、第1動作と第2動作とが交互に繰り返される。
除湿運転時において、調湿装置では、給気ファン(43)及び排気ファン(37)が運転される。そして、調湿装置は、室外空気(OA)を第1空気として取り込んで室内に供給する一方、室内空気(RA)を第2空気として取り込んで室外に排出する。
加湿運転時において、調湿装置では、給気ファン(43)及び排気ファン(37)が運転される。そして、調湿装置は、室内空気(RA)を第1空気として取り込んで室外に排出する一方、室外空気(OA)を第2空気として取り込んで室内に供給する。

Claims (6)
- 多数枚のフィン(57)が間隔をあけて並列配置されたフィン群(59)と、
このフィン群(59)のフィン配列方向両端面とフィン長手方向両端側の端面とを取り囲む金属製の枠板(61)と、
直管部(63a)とU字管部(63b)とで蛇行状に形成され、上記直管部(63a)が上記フィン群(59)をフィン配列方向に貫挿するとともに、上記U字管部(63b)が上記枠板(61)から突出するように配置された伝熱管(63)とを備え、
上記フィン群(59)、枠板(61)及び伝熱管(63)の表面には、空気中の水分の吸着と空気中への水分の脱離とを行う吸着剤が担持されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器において、
伝熱管(63)を冷媒配管に接続する接続管(65)を備え、
この接続管(65)の表面には、空気中の水分の吸着と空気中への水分の脱離とを行う吸着剤が担持されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器において、
吸着剤は同じ種類のものであることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器において、
吸着剤のフィン(57)表面の担持層の厚みが50μm以上500μm以下であることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器において、
フィンピッチが1.2mm以上3.5mm以下であることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器において、
空気の風速が0.5m/s以上1.5m/s以下であることを特徴とする熱交換器。
