Abstract
【解決手段】遊星歯車4aをリング状とし、その穴部4bにその一部がそれぞれが対向して設置された2枚の弁板3を構成することにより、急速開閉を実現し、かつ設置占有空間を小さく実現する遊星歯車機構を構成した。さらには従来の仕切弁の操作力の軽減や弁閉止機能確保のための調整(加工)を不要とする、弁機能とその生産性に著しい向上を実現できる弁装置を提供する。

Description
これらの開閉時間が長くなることや弁装置の高さが大きくなることに対しては、遊星歯車を弁板とする構成により解決する手段が考えられている。(特許文献2、3)
図2は本発明に係る弁装置20の実施例を示す外観図であり弁の閉止状態を表しており、図3は図2におけるA−A線での断面を、図4は図2におけるB−B線での断面を、図5は図2に関して弁の開閉途中を、図6は図2に関しての弁の全開状態を表している。弁の構造は図3にて説明する。

Claims (6)
- 流体管路の途中に配設される互いに対向した一対の弁座間に弁板を挿脱して流体管路を閉開する弁装置において、弁装置の筐体内に形成された円弧状の内歯歯車と、前記内歯歯車の円弧中心に配設された太陽歯車と、前記太陽歯車に締結された回転自在の駆動軸と、前記内歯歯車と太陽歯車の双方に噛合する遊星部材と、前記遊星部材の表裏両側側面に配設され中央部が遊星部材に回転自在に嵌合した一対の弁板とを備え、前記駆動軸の正逆回転により前記一対の弁板を前記弁座間に挿脱して流体管路を閉開させるようにした構成において、一対の弁板はそのシール面の裏側の中心に突起部を設け、一方前記遊星部材の内径側を前記弁板の前述突起部に転がり接触させることにより、前記遊星部材の回転駆動力が前記一対の弁板の前記一対の弁座への移動と前記弁座が前記弁 板の移動方向に対して傾斜した相対位置関係を設定した前記一対の弁座へ前記弁板の締め付け力として伝達させることを特徴とする弁装置。
- 前記遊星部材の内径側と対向する前記弁板突起部と前記遊星部材の内周縁をテーパないしは曲面とすることで、弁板が遊星部材の穴部に揺動自在に嵌合していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁装置。
- 一対の弁板の太陽歯車側が互いに離間するのを阻止するように、弁板の外側を支持するコマを回転自在に前記駆動軸に設けることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の弁装置。
- 弁板の外周縁に対する前記コマおよび筐体内面の接触部をテーパ面または曲面にするとともに、弁板外周縁を曲面またはテーパ面とすることにより前記接触部を弁板外周縁と点接触させたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3までのいずれか記載の弁装置。
- 弁座の内周縁に、弁板を流路閉塞方向に移動させる際に弁板外周縁をガイドする断面円弧状のガイド部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4までのいずれか記載の弁装置。
- 弁座の内周縁に設けた断面円弧状のガイド部および弁板外周縁を低摩擦部材で構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5までのいずれか記載の弁装置。
