Description
図21に、多くの機能を組み入れることにより、かなり少ない数の構成部品で高性能のスキャナを実現する単一チップ特注線型回路400を示す。チップ400には、ディジタイザ402(たとえば、図2、図13、図15、図17と図18、および図19のそれぞれの信号処理回路38,200,240,250,300)、モーター駆動回路404(たとえば、図2の品39)、レーザー駆動回路406(たとえば、図2の部品40)、およびディジタイザ回路へ送る前に光センサが発生したアナログ信号の利得(40dBの有効範囲)を制御する自動利得制御回路を含むフロントエンド408が取り付けられている。フロントエンド408は光センサからの電流アナログ信号を電圧信号へ変換し、ろ波し、増幅し、ディジタイザが使用できるように準備する。信号の調整には、雑音や周囲光の影響の除去のほか、AGCセルによる正しい増幅が含まれる。

Claims (3)
- 空間的に離れた光反射性部分を有する表示を走査して反射された光を光電変換することにより生成されたアナログ電気信号をディジタル化する回路であって、
前記アナログ電気信号を微分して一次微分信号を発生する一次微分手段(252)と、
前記一次微分信号を微分して二次微分信号を発生する二次微分手段(254)と、
前記一次微分信号と前記二次微分信号とを比較して走査中の表示からディジタル電気信号を発生する比較器手段(256)と、
前記ディジタル電気信号に対応するディジタル出力信号を生成する出力トランジスタ(258)と、
を備えていることを特徴とする回路。 - 前記第一次微分手段(252)の出力と前記トランジスタ(258)の入力との間にマージンしきい値回路(260)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路。
