間欠式定量ポンプとして一般的なこれらのポンプを採用することができる。

Claims (10)
- 流体を間欠的に一定量吸引吐出する複数の送液部を並列に配置し、それぞれの前記送液部の吸引吐出のタイミングをずらしてプラスチック原料液を吐出させ、それぞれの前記送液部から吐出されたプラスチック原料液を合流させ、合流させたプラスチック原料液を注型重合型の中に注入することを特徴とするプラスチック原料液の注入方法。
- 請求項1記載のプラスチック原料液の注入方法において、
前記送液部の吸引吐出が、柔らかく、弾力性があるチューブを押し出しローラにて順次押し出す吸引吐出、弾性体で構成されるダイアフラムの形状の変化により往復運動を行う吸引吐出及びシリンダの中でプランジャを往復運動させ、シリンダ内の容積を変えることによる吸引吐出から選択されることを特徴とするプラスチック原料液の注入方法。 - 請求項1又は2記載のプラスチック原料液の注入方法において、
前記合流させたプラスチック原料液の流路に流体の圧力に応じて流体の容積が変動するアキュムレータが設けられていることを特徴とするプラスチック原料液の注入方法。 - 請求項1〜3いずれかに記載のプラスチック原料液の注入方法において、
前記合流させたプラスチック原料液の流路にフィルターを介在させることを特徴とするプラスチック原料液の注入方法。 - プラスチック原料液を蓄える原料タンクと注型重合型の注入口とを接続する注入配管と、前記注入配管の途中に設けられている流体を間欠的に一定量吸引吐出する送液部を備える間欠式定量ポンプとを有し、
前記間欠式定量ポンプが、並列に配置されて同時に駆動され、それぞれの吐出のタイミングがずらされた複数の前記送液部を有し、
前記注入配管が、それぞれの前記送液部の吐出口を相互に接続する合流部を有することを特徴とするプラスチック原料液の注入装置。 - 請求項5記載のプラスチック原料液の注入装置において、
前記間欠式定量ポンプが、ローラーポンプ、ダイアフラムポンプ及びプランジャーポンプから選択されることを特徴とするプラスチック原料液の注入装置。 - 請求項5又は6記載のプラスチック原料液の注入装置において、
前記複数の送液部が、一つの駆動軸で駆動されることを特徴とするプラスチック原料液の注入装置。 - 請求項5〜7いずれかに記載のプラスチック原料液の注入装置において、
前記間欠式定量ポンプの吐出口から後の注入配管に流体の圧力に応じて流体の容積が変動するアキュムレータが設けられていることを特徴とするプラスチック原料液の注入装置。 - 請求項5〜8いずれかに記載のプラスチック原料液の注入装置において、
前記間欠式定量ポンプの吐出口から後の注入配管にフィルタが介在していることを特徴とするプラスチック原料液の注入装置。 - 請求項5記載のプラスチック原料液の注入装置において、
前記注型重合型が、プラスチックレンズを成形する対向する2枚の成形型間の空隙を封止して形成され、
前記注入配管の先端に前記注型重合型の注入口に差し込まれる注入ノズルを有することを特徴とするプラスチック原料液の注入装置。
