Abstract

Claims (7)
- 中空壁部(13)を有する冷蔵容器(10)の真空発泡に適する装置であって、前記装置は:
冷蔵容器(10)を支持するための底面テーブル(20);および、
前記容器壁部(13)の外側表面に適合する側面補強パネル(16、17、18、19);
前記容器壁部(13)の内側表面に適合する、封止用蓋部(21)に固定された内部補強プラグ(23);
前記底面テーブル(20)および前記側面補強パネル(16、17、18、19)を、前記発泡セルの開および閉の状態の間で移動させるための制御手段(31、32、33;55);
前記冷蔵容器(10)の前記中空壁部内に発泡性ポリウレタン混合物を注入するための手段;
を有する少なくとも1つの発泡セルを含み;
前記底面テーブル(20)、前記側面補強パネル(16、17、18、19)、および前記封止用蓋部(21)が、空気不透過性表面を備えることを特徴とし、ならびに:
前記側面補強パネル(16、17、18、19)、前記底面テーブル(20)、および前記封止用蓋部(21)の接触表面間のシールガスケット(40、43、44、45);
真空源(48)、ならびに前記発泡セルと前記真空源(48)との接続および切り離しを行うためのバルブ手段(49);
コントロールユニット(CU)、および前記コントロールユニット(CU)と操作可能に接続された前記発泡セル内部の真空を検出するためのセンサー(51);
を含み;
前記コントロールユニット(CU)は、前記発泡セルと前記真空源(48)とを、前記真空センサー(51)からの制御シグナルに基づき、バルブ手段(49)により、接続し、接続を維持するようにプログラムされている、

- 前記シールガスケット(40、43、44、45)が、膨張性ガスケットを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発泡装置。
- 前記封止用蓋部(21)、前記内部補強プラグ(23)、および少なくとも1つの側面補強パネル(19)を支持するための支持フレーム(30);
前記底面テーブル(20)および前記セルの残りの前記側面補強パネル(16、17、18)を支持するための一式のビーム(26、27);ならびに、
前記発泡セルの開状態における下部位置および前記発泡セルの閉状態における上部位置の間で、前記一式の支持ビーム(26、27)を移動させるための制御手段(30、31、33)、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発泡装置。 - フレーム(30);
前記フレーム(30)によって回転可能に支持される回転式ドラム(52);
各々が、内部補強プラグ(23)および少なくとも1つの側面補強パネル(19)を備え、前記回転式ドラム(52)に角度による間隔を空けた位置に固定された第一および少なくとも第二の封止用蓋部(21);
前記底面テーブル(20)および前記発泡セルの残りの前記側面補強パネル(16、17、18)を支持するための一式のビーム(26、27)であって、前記一式のビームは、前記発泡セルの開状態における下部位置および前記発泡セルの閉状態における上部位置の間で垂直に移動可能である、一式のビーム;
前記一式の支持を、前記下部位置および前記上部位置の間で移動させるための第一の制御手段(55);ならびに、
前記回転式ドラム(52)をステップ回転し、前記底面テーブル(20)の方向に下向きに向いているそれぞれの内部補強プラグ(23)を有する各封止用蓋部(21)、および前記発泡セルの残りの前記側面補強パネル(16、17、18)を選択的に位置決めするための第二の制御手段(53、54)、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発泡装置。 - フレーム(30);
前記フレーム(30)によって回転可能に支持される回転式ドラム(52);
前記回転式ドラム(52)に角度をつけて固定された第一および少なくとも第二の発泡セル、ならびに前記回転式ドラム(52)および発泡セルを、各発泡セルが下向きに向いている運転位置を含む環状経路に沿って回転させるための手段(54);ならびに、
下向きに向いている運転位置にある各発泡セルを前記真空源(48)に接続するための手段、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発泡装置。 - 発泡セルのそれぞれの底面テーブル(20)およびそれぞれの側面補強パネル(16、17、18)を支持するための第一および少なくとも第二の一式のビーム(26、27);
各一式のビーム(26、27)と前記回転式ドラム(52)とを、脱離可能にロックするための手段(36’);ならびに、
各発泡セルの前記一式のビーム(26、27)、前記底面テーブル(20)、および前記側面補強パネル(16、17、18)を、前記発泡セルの下部の開位置および上部の閉位置の間を移動させるための手段(55、56)、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発泡装置。
