(57)【要約】 【課題】 本願の考案は緻密で厚さを厚く織成した莚又
は畳表を得ることを目的とする。 【解決手段】 経糸１の４条がそれぞれ小間隔ｔに並べ
られ、かつ４条置きに大間隔Ｔに並べられ、隣接緯藺条
２，２’を小間隔ｔ側から大間隔Ｔ側に、かつ大間隔Ｔ
側から小間隔ｔ側に交互に組込んでなるものである。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【考案の属する技術分野】
本案は緻密で厚く目立ての線の美しい莚又は畳表に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来、図３に示すように小間隔に並列した経糸に隣接緯藺条を交互に組合せた 莚が用いられている。
【０００３】 製莚機において経糸が交互に開口した状態で左右から交互に緯藺条を水平に飛 ばして経糸と緯藺条とを組込み筬で緯藺条を押し付ける操作が行われる。この場 合、小間隔の経糸は直線上に位置し緯藺条は図３に示すように波形に屈曲し、屈 曲角βが比較的大であるため緯藺条が屈曲部で折損し易い。
【０００４】 そのため筬による緯藺条の押し付け（又は締め付け）を弱くする必要がある。 そのため莚又は畳表の表裏面に経糸が現われ、外観を損い、緻密で厚い莚又は畳 表を得ることは中々困難であった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本案は緻密で厚く目立ての線が一定して在来品とは変化したストライプ線の美 しい莚、上敷又は畳表を得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため本案は 経糸の４条がそれぞれ小間隔に並べられ、かつ４条置きに大間隔に並べられ、 隣接緯藺条を小間隔側から大間隔側に、かつ大間隔側から小間隔側に交互に２条 毎に組込み、大間隔間及び小間隔間に互いに平行な左右方向部を配置し、それに よって隣接緯藺条の表裏入代り交差部間の幅をほぼ２．２５ｃｍ及び１．５ｃｍ 程度としてなる莚 によって構成される。

【考案の実施の形態】
製莚機の綜絖によって２条毎に前後に交互に開口した経糸１，１’間に左右か ら緯藺条２，２’が飛ばされて該経糸１，１’間に組込まれ、筬によって該緯藺 条２，２’を押え付け（締め付け）て莚、上敷又は畳表が織成される。
【０００８】 ２条毎に前後に交互に開口した経糸１，１’は織成後は一直線上に牽引され、 緯藺条２，２’は図１に示すように左右方向から傾斜角αに傾斜し、さらに左右 方向に変向する。そして傾斜部２”の両側の左右方向部２ａ，２ｂは互いに平行 である。
【０００９】 上記傾斜角αは緩やかな鈍角であるため筬による緯藺条２，２’の締め付け力 を強くしても傾斜方向の張力による緯藺条２，２’の亀裂はなく強力に筬で締め 付けることが可能であって隣接する緯藺条２，２’を密着及び圧着させることが できる。
【００１０】 上記２条よりなる２組４条の経糸１’，１，１，１’は小間隔ｔに並べられ（ 図１）、４条置きに大間隔Ｔに並べられ、隣接緯藺条２，２’を小間隔ｔ側から 大間隔Ｔ側に、大間隔Ｔ側から小間隔ｔ側に表裏に交互に２条毎に組込むことに よって、大間隔Ｔ間及び小間隔ｔ間に互いに平行な左右方向部２ａ，２ｂを配置 し、それによって隣接緯藺条２，２’の表裏入れ代り交差部３，３間の幅Ｗ，ｗ を２．２５ｃｍ及び１．５ｃｍ程度の比率即ちＷ／ｗ≒１．５程度とする。
【００１１】 上記交差部３，３は経糸１，１’の位置が一定位置に設定され、かつ直線上に 織機によって牽引されているため従来の同一幅ｗ’の交差部３’、３’（図３） とは変った新しいストライプ線を形成する。

【考案の効果】 本案は上述のように構成したので緯藺条を緻密に厚く織成し得て表裏の別なく 莚、上敷又は畳表として利用し得るばかりでなく、隣接緯藺条の表裏入れ代り交 差部間の幅が交互に大小幅に織成され、大幅部によるクッション性が大で快適に 使用し得るばかりでなく目立ての線が従来品と異なり整然とした縦線模様を形成 することができる。

    行な左右方向部を配置し、それによって隣接緯藺条の表
    裏入代り交差部間の幅をほぼ２．２５ｃｍ及び１．５ｃ
