Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 視覚障害者が自力で商品選択が出来ると共
に、日常生活でも同様の容器やケースが並ぶ中、容易に
使い分けが出来る。また企業も視覚障害者を消費者とし
て取り込むことが可能なため、市場の拡大が可能にな
る。 【構成】 本考案は、その欠点を除くためになされたも
ので、それを図面について説明すれば、商品パッケージ
及びラベル（１）の表面に、商品名や内容などの必要情
報を透明立体インク（２）を使った点字（３）で表現し
た印刷物である。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
この考案は、透明立体インクを利用した商品パッケージ及びラベルに関するも のである。

【従来の技術】
従来のパッケージやラベルは健常者用に作られており、視覚障害者はその内容 を事前に独自では理解できなかった。また点字をパッケージ等、同じスペースに 表示する場台は、型押し等の処理方法だったので、従来の絵柄を損なう可能性が 高かった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
したがって、視覚障害者が日常使う日用品等の購入は第３者の力を借りなけれ ばいけなかった。また購入した後も円滑に使用するためには、購入してきた商品 に点字シールを貼る等の工夫が必要であった。 さらに、企業側が努力してこの問題に取り組む場合、商品の顔ともいえるパッ ケージやラベルを点字を付加することによりデザインを変更するか、あきスペー スに別に表示する等の方法をとらざるおえなかった。 本考案は、これらの欠点を解決するために考案したものである。

【考案を解決するための手段】
本考案は、その欠点を除くためになされたもので、それを図面について説明す れば、商品パッケージ及びラベル（１）の表面に、商品名や内容などの必要情報 を透明立体インク（２）を使った点字（３）で表現した印刷物である。

【作用】
本考案は、以上のような構成であるから、視覚障害者が自力で商品選択が出来 ると共に、日常生活でも同様の容器やケースが並ぶ中、容易に使い分けが可能に なる。 また企業としても、定着した商品パッケージを損なうことなく消費者に伝える ことが出来る。

【考案の効果】
すると、企業としても視覚障害者が消費者として加わると共に、視覚障害者の 社会生活も円滑に行えるはずである。また容器の限られたスペースも共有出来る ため、小さな容器でもある程度は情報を伝達可能である。さらに透明立体インク のため、今までのパッケージデザインを変更する必要性もない。
