【産業上の利用分野】本発明の目的は穿刺装置、特に診
断目的用の血液試量を採取するために患者の指、耳また
は踵を穿刺するための装置にある。
【0002】
【従来技術】患者の指の皮膚を穿刺し、そして血液試量
の採取を可能とするために設計された使い捨てランセッ
トは米国特許明細書第4,889,117号から知られ
ている。このランセットは長く、堅いシャンクから構成
され、これはその一端において皮下注射針の形状の穿刺
尖端を呈している。他端において、このシャンクはカプ
セルと結合されている。シャンクはその全長に沿ってス
リーブ内にスライド装着されており、そのスリーブは部
分的にカプセル内に配置される。スリーブ開口部を患者
の指に対し保持して、カプセルを押圧することにより、
スリーブはバネの作用に打勝つようにせしめられ、そし
てシャンクに装着された穿刺尖端をもって患者の指の皮
膚を穿刺するに足る設定距離だけカプセルの底部に向っ
て移動する。ランセットが使用された後、穿刺尖端はス
リーブ内に完全に退去し、それを内側に突出させるカプ
セルエレメントはランセットの再使用を不可能とする。
【0003】内側で、その一端にバネが装架されている
スリーブから構成される穿刺装置もまたポーランド国開
示書類(Polish disclosure document)第P.2933
43号から知られている。バネの他端には穿刺尖端を備
えたピストンがスリーブ内にスライド装着され、そして
トリガー・キャッチによって支持されている。トリガー
を押圧した後、キャッチは穿刺尖端を備えたピストンを
解放し、そして圧力を除かれたバネはピストンをしてス
リーブの底部を打撃せしめ、そしてスリーブ底部内の孔
を通過する穿刺尖端が患者の指を穿刺する。バネが静止
位置に復帰した後、穿刺尖端はスリーブの内側に完全に
隠れてしまう。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明にかかる穿刺装置
はスリーブ、スリーブの一端に装着されたプッシュボタ
ン、スリーブ内にスライド装着され、かつ穿刺尖端を備
えるピストン、ならびにプッシュボタンの面とピストン
との間でスリーブの内側に配置されたぜんまいバネから
構成され、そしてこの装置はその外方周縁上でピストン
がウィングを備えており、これらはスリーブの内方突起
に載置されていること、および戻しバネがスリーブの内
側で、穿刺尖端用の孔を備えたその底部とピストンとの
間に配置されることによって特徴づけられている。
【0005】本発明による装置は患者の穿刺表面につい
て迅速、かつ比較的無痛の穿刺を可能とするものであ
る。その構成原理に基づいて本装置は使い捨てである。
それはピストンウィングを折り取った後は再使用できな
いからである。このような装置の適用は血液を採取する
人による皮膚の偶発的な穿刺の危険を排除し、あるいは
顕著に減少させ、その結果感染血液のキャリヤーである
患者から血液を採取しつつある人または第二の患者へ血
液疾患を伝染させるという危険を限定するものである。
【0006】本発明の目的は図面中に示す実施例におけ
る実施の態様に基づくものである。

【実施例】本発明の穿刺装置はスリーブ1およびそのス
リーブ1の一端上に装着されたプッシュボタン2を含ん
で構成される。スリーブ1の第二の端部は孔4を備えた
底部3において終結している。ピストン5はスリーブ1
の内側にスライド装着されており、そしてそれはプッシ
ュボタン2の側のプッシャー6をもって終結するのに対
し、スリーブ1の底部3内の孔4の側でそれは穿刺尖端
7をもって終結している。ぜんまいバネ9はスリーブ1
の内側でプッシュボタン2の面8とピストン5との間に
配置されているのに対し、戻しバネ10はピストン5と
スリーブ1の底部3との間に配置されている。その外方
周縁において、ピストン5はウィング11を備えてお
り、これらはスリーブ1の内方突起12に対して載置さ
れる。
【0008】本装置は以下の通り作動する。使用前の装
置エレメントの配置は図1中に示されている。ぜんまい
バネ9によって加えられる圧力に起因してピストン5の
ウィング11はスリーブ1の突起12に対して載置さ
れ、穿刺尖端7を備えたピストン5を第一の安定位置に
保持する。プッシュボタン2の押圧は、プッシュボタン
2の面8がピストン5のプッシャー6に抗して押圧され
る瞬間まで、ぜんまいバネ9の圧縮状態を生ずる。プッ
シュボタン2を押圧し続けると、ぜんまいバネ9がピス
トン5を駆動し、そしてスリーブ1の底部3における孔
4を通過する穿刺尖端7が穿刺表面を突刺すことになる
ようにピストン5のウィング11を折り取る。この後、
戻しバネ10が穿刺尖端7を備えるピストン5を引戻
し、それはスリーブ1内部の安定な位置を取る。その使
用後の装置エレメントについての配置は図2中に示され
ている。ウィング11が折り取られた場合、本装置を再
使用することは不可能である。
【0009】他の実施例の実施態様において、プッシャ
ー6はスリーブ1の内部でピストン5を駆動するプッシ
ュボタン2の一部を構成することが可能である。

  1. 【請求項1】 スリーブ、スリーブの一端に装着された
    プッシュボタン、スリーブ内にスライド装着され、かつ
    穿刺尖端を備えるピストン、ならびにプッシュボタンの
    面とピストンとの間でスリーブの内側に配置されたぜん
    まいバネから構成される穿刺装置において、その外方周
    縁上でピストン(5)はウィング(11)を備えてお
    り、これらはスリーブ(1)の内方突起(12)に載置
    されていること、そして戻しバネ(10)がスリーブ
    (1)の内側で、穿刺尖端(7)用の孔(4)を備えた
    その底部(3)とピストン(5)との間に配置されるこ
    とを特徴とする装置。
