Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明はシャンプー組成物、更に
詳しくは洗髪時の起泡力、泡の感触及びすすぎ時の感触
の点において優れており、かつ洗髪後乾燥時のヘアスタ
イル保持性の良好なシャンプー組成物に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、皮膚や毛髪、食器用の洗浄剤組成
物には、低刺激であるという特性を有することから非イ
オン界面活性剤が使用されているが、非イオン界面活性
剤は起泡性の点で劣るという欠点を有している。そこ
で、起泡性に優れた非イオン界面活性剤としてアルキル
サッカライド系界面活性剤が開発され、これとアルキル
硫酸塩等の陰イオン界面活性剤とを併用した洗浄剤組成
物が提案されている（特開昭58-104625号公報）。しか
しこれも起泡性には優れているものの、毛髪洗浄に使用
した場合に、洗髪時のきしみ感が生じ、シャンプー組成
物としては適さないものであった。
【０００３】一方、特開平2-231412号公報において、ア
ルキルサッカライド系界面活性剤とスルホコハク酸系界
面活性剤を併用することにより、起泡力に優れ、クリー
ミーな泡質で、泡立て時の肌に対する滑り性に優れ、洗
浄後の毛髪や皮膚に対する感触が良好で刺激性も少ない
洗浄剤組成物が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら一般に、
陰イオン界面活性剤とアルキルサッカライド系界面活性
剤とを併用しても、アルキルサッカライド系界面活性剤
に起因する洗髪時のきしみ感を低減させることは難し
く、充分な起泡性を持たせる量までアルキルサッカライ
ド系界面活性剤の添加量を増やした場合には、きしみ感
の増大をさけ得ないという問題があった。
【０００５】従って、高い起泡性を持つアルキルサッカ
ライド系界面活性剤の優れた特性を生かしつつ、洗髪時
にきしみ感がなくて良好な感触を有するシャンプー組成
物の開発が望まれていた。
【０００６】
【課題を解決するための手段】かかる実情において、本
発明者らは、上記課題を解決すべく鋭意研究を行った結
果、陰イオン界面活性剤及び／又は両性界面活性剤、ア
ルキルサッカライド系界面活性剤及びシリコーン誘導体
を特定量比で組み合わせて用いることにより、起泡性及
び泡質に優れ、洗髪及びすすぎ時の感触が良好で、ま
た、洗髪後乾燥時のヘアスタイリング保持性に優れたシ
ャンプー組成物が得られることを見出し本発明を完成し
た。
【０００７】すなわち、本発明は次の成分(a) 、(b) 及
び(c) (a) 陰イオン界面活性剤及び／又は両性界面活性剤 １〜60重量％ (b) アルキルサッカライド系界面活性剤 0.2〜５重量％ (c) シリコーン誘導体 0.05〜３重量％ を含有し、かつ(a) 成分と(b) 成分の配合比率が重量比
で(a)/(b)=２／１〜150／１であることを特徴とするシ
ャンプー組成物を提供するものである。
【０００８】本発明に用いられる(a) 成分の陰イオン界
面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤は、一般にシャンプー組成
物に用いられているものであれば特に限定されない。具
体的には、陰イオン界面活性剤としては、例えばアルキ
ル硫酸エステル塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキル硫酸エ
ステル塩、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、α−オレフ
ィンスルホン酸塩、α−スルホ脂肪酸エステル塩、アル
キルリン酸エステル塩、スルホコハク酸エステル塩等が
挙げられるが、これらのうち、アルキル硫酸エステル
塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキル硫酸エステル塩、スル
ホコハク酸エステル塩等が好ましく、特に低刺激である
という点で、スルホコハク酸エステル塩が好ましい。
【０００９】また、両性界面活性剤としては、例えばア
ミドアミン型両性界面活性剤、イミダゾリン系両性界面
活性剤、ベタイン系両性界面活性剤、アルキルベタイ
ン、アミノベタイン、スルホベタイン等が挙げられる
が、これらのうち特にアミドアミン型両性界面活性剤が
好ましい。
【００１０】本発明においては、これらの陰イオン界面
活性剤及び／又は両性界面活性剤の一種または二種以上
を組み合わせて用いることができ、これらは合計でシャ
ンプー組成物中に１〜60重量％、好ましくは２〜30重量
％配合される。配合量が１重量％未満であると、充分な
泡量を得ることができず、また60重量％を超えると、シ
ャンプーの粘度が高くなり実使用上問題が生じる。
【００１１】本発明に用いられる(b) 成分のアルキルサ
ッカライド系界面活性剤としては、例えば下記一般式
(1) で表わされるものが挙げられる。 R1-O-(R2O)t-(G)p (1) 〔式(1) 中、R1は炭素数６〜18の直鎖もしくは分岐鎖の
アルキル、アルケニル又はアルキルフェニル基を示し、
R2は炭素数２〜４のアルキレン基を示し、G は炭素数５
〜６の還元糖を示し、t は０〜10の数を示し、p は１〜
10の数を示す。〕
【００１２】一般式（１）で表されるアルキルサッカラ
イド系界面活性剤のなかでは、Ｒ１が炭素数６〜１８、
特に６〜１２のアルキル基（オクチル基、デシル基、ラ
ウリル基等）であるものが好ましい。ｔはアルキレンオ
キシドの縮合度であり０〜１０の数を示すが、ｔが０〜
４であるもの、特に０であるものが好ましい。Ｇで示さ
れる還元糖としてはグルコース、ガラクトース、フラク
トースが好ましい。また、サッカライドの平均重合度ｐ
は１〜１０であるが、特に１〜４であることが好まし
い。この平均重合度ｐはＲ１の疎水基に由来する物性を
考慮して選択するのが望ましく、例えば、Ｒ１が平均炭
素数８〜１１の疎水基である場合はｐは１〜１．４を、
Ｒ１が平均炭素数１２〜１４の疎水基である場合はｐは
１．５〜４．０を選択するのが好ましい。尚平均糖重合
度はプロトンＮＭＲにて求めることができる。
【００１３】本発明においては、(b) 成分のアルキルサ
ッカライド系界面活性剤は本発明シャンプー組成物中に
0.2〜５重量％、好ましくは0.5〜３重量％配合され
る。配合量が0.2 重量％未満であると優れた起泡性が得
られず、また５重量％を超えると髪のきしみ感等の感触
の悪化が生じる。また、この配合量の範囲は、本発明の
効果の一つであるスタイリング保持性の面からも好まし
いものである。
【００１４】更に、本発明においては、上述した(a) 成
分の陰イオン界面活性剤及び／又は両性界面活性剤と
(b) 成分のアルキルサッカライド系界面活性剤の配合比
率が重量比で(a)/(b)=２／１〜 150／１となることが必
要である。(a)/(b) が２／１未満であると、きしみ感が
大きくなり、また 150／１を超えると、起泡性が小さく
なる。(a)/(b) は特に２／１〜50／１の範囲が好まし
い。
【００１５】また、本発明に用いられる(C) 成分のシリ
コーン誘導体の例としては次のものが挙げられる。
【００１６】 （イ） 式（２）で表わされるジメチルポリシロキサン （ＣＨ３）３ＳｉＯ［（ＣＨ３）２ＳｉＯ］ｎ１Ｓｉ（ＣＨ３）３ （ ２） （式中、ｎ１は３以上の整数を示す） 一般式（２）で表わされるジメチルポリシロキサンとし
ては、例えば信越化学（株）からＫＦ９６の商品名で市
販されているものなどを使用する事が出来る。
【００１７】（ロ） 式(3) で表わされるメチルフェニ
ルポリシロキサン

〜８のアルキル基からなる群から選ばれ、ｄは０〜３の
整数を示し、ｅは０もしくは１を示し、ｎ２は０〜１９
９９の整数を示し、ｎ３は１〜２０００の整数を示し、
ｎ２＋ｎ３は１〜２０００の整数を示し、Ｒ１は基−Ｃ
ｆＨ２ｆＬを示す。〔ここでｆは２〜８の整数であり、

いても、本発明の効果を充分に発揮することができる
が、洗髪後乾燥時のヘアスタイル保持性を良好にする観
点から、（イ）ジメチルポリシロキサン、（ハ）アミノ
変性シリコーン、（ト）ポリエーテル変性シリコーン、
（ヌ）環状シリコーンを用いることが好ましく、特に
（ハ）アミノ変性シリコーンと（ト）ポリエーテル変性
シリコーンとを併用するのが好ましい。
【００５２】また（イ）ジメチルポリシロキサンにおい
て式（２）中のｎ１は仕上がり感に応じて３〜９０００
まで選択できるが、軽い仕上がり感を得るためには１０
０〜１０００程度が、また毛髪に対するハリ、コシ感を
充分に付与するためには２０００以上、特に４０００〜
７０００程度が好ましい。（ハ）アミノ変性シリコーン
としては、式（４）中ｄ＝０、ｅ＝１、ｆ＝３、Ａが水
酸基及びメチル基でかつ、Ｌが−ＮＨＣＨ２ＣＨ２ＮＨ
２であるもの、すなわち米国ＣＴＦＡ辞典においてアモ
ジメチコーンの名称で表わされるものが特に好ましく用
いられる。
【００５３】本発明においては、これら(c) 成分のシリ
コーン誘導体は一種又は二種以上を組み合わせて用いる
ことができ、これらは合計で本発明シャンプー組成物に
0.05〜３重量％、好ましくは 0.1〜２重量％配合され
る。配合量が0.05重量％未満であると、すすぎ時の感触
及び洗髪後乾燥時のヘアスタイリング保持性が悪化し、
また３重量％を超えると、泡量が減少するなどして泡性
能に好ましくない影響が出る場合がある。
【００５４】本発明のシャンプー組成物は上記必須成分
を常法に従って水と混合することにより調製することが
できるが、更に必要により発明の効果を損なわない範囲
で他の成分を任意に加えることができる。例えば非イオ
ン界面活性剤、陽イオン界面活性剤を配合することがで
き、更に増泡剤、紫外線吸収剤、防腐剤、殺菌剤、各種
溶剤、抗フケ剤、酸化防止剤、色素、香料等を目的に応
じて配合することができる。
【００５５】また、本発明のシャンプー組成物に陽イオ
ン性ポリマーを配合すれば、更に優れた効果を得ること
ができる。このような陽イオン性ポリマーとしては、例
えばカチオン化セルロース誘導体、カチオン化澱粉、ジ
アリル４級アンモニウム塩／アクリルアミド共重合体、
４級化ポリビニルピロリドン誘導体、ポリグリコール、
ポリアミン縮合物、ポリ塩化ジメチルメチレンピペリジ
ニウム等が挙げられ、これらは本発明シャンプー組成物
中に0.05〜２重量％配合されるのが好ましい。

【発明の効果】本発明のシャンプー組成物は、泡立ちが
良く、洗髪時及びすすぎ時の感触が良好で、かつ洗髪後
乾燥時のヘアスタイリング保持性に極めて優れたもので
ある。

【実施例】次に実施例を挙げて本発明をさらに具体的に
説明するが本発明はこれらの実施例に限定されるもので
はない。なお、以下の実施例において各組成物の評価は
次の方法によった。
【００５８】（評価法１）長さ20cm、25g の日本人毛髪
のかもじにシャンプー組成物１g を施し、泡立て及びす
すぎの動作を行い、その際の起泡性、泡と髪の感触及び
スタイリング保持性を専門パネラー５人により評価し
た。 （評価法２）日本人女性10名の毛髪にシャンプー組成物
５g を施し、専門技術者が泡立て及びすすぎの動作を行
い、その際の起泡性、泡感触及びスタイリング保持性を
評価した。 評価基準（評価法１、２とも共通） ・起泡性 ○・・・シャンプー時の泡立ちが良い △・・・シャンプー時の泡立ちがやや悪い ×・・・シャンプー時の泡立ちが悪い ・感触 ○・・・シャンプー時、すすぎ時のすべり・指通りが良
い △・・・シャンプー時、すすぎ時のすべり・指通りがや
や悪い ×・・・シャンプー時、すすぎ時のすべり・指通りが悪

【００５９】実施例１ 表１に示す組成のシャンプー組成物を調製し、それぞれ
について、前記評価法１に従って起泡性、泡と髪の感触
及びスタイリング保持性の評価を行った。結果を表１に
示す。尚、表１中で用いた略号の意味は以下の通りであ
る。 SS・・・ポリオキシエチレンスルホコハク酸ラウリル二
ナトリウム(4E.O.) AS・・・ラウリル硫酸トリエタノールアミン ES・・・ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸ナト
リウム(2E.O.) AA・・・2-アルキル-N-カルボキシメチル-N-ヒドロキシ
エチルイミダゾリニウムベタイン AG・・・アルキルポリグルコシド（アルキル基はドデシ
ル基、トリデシル基の混合物で平均炭素数12.5のもので
あり、グルコシドの平均糖重合度は1.4 である。） また、表中の数値は各成分の重量％である。

  1. 【請求項１】 次の成分(a) 、(b) 及び(c) (a) 陰イオン界面活性剤及び／又は両性界面活性剤 １〜60重量％ (b) アルキルサッカライド系界面活性剤 0.2〜５重量％ (c) シリコーン誘導体 0.05〜３重量％ を含有し、かつ(a) 成分と(b) 成分の配合比率が重量比
    で(a)/(b)=２／１〜150／１であることを特徴とするシ
