Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、アルコキシル化脂肪アルコール及びポリシ
ロキサンからなり、主にクリームやローシヨン等の製造
のためのベースとして有用な個人身体管理製品（例えば
化粧品類）用組成物に関する。本発明の組成物は医薬等
の生理学的活性物質用キヤリヤーとしてまたはその一部
としても使用できる。
本発明組成物の第１の目的は、最終製品の皮ふへの塗
布性を助長促進することであるが、それはキヤリヤーま
たは乳化剤としての第二義的目的をも達成しうる。
アルコキシル化脂肪アルコール類は、「保湿」効果を
与える点で、局処組成物の有用な一成分である。「保
湿」とは、水分保持の促進を意味するものとする。アル
コキシル化脂肪アルコール類は、高い粘度を有すること
があり、またある種の処方物において低い塗布性を示す
ことがある点で、ある種の欠点を有する。塗布性が空気
中の物質の表面張力によつて左右されることは公知であ
る〔R.ケイマー（Keymer）の「ツール・シュプライツン
グ・フルツシゲール・リポイデ・アウフ・デル・ハウト
（Zur Spreitung flussiger Lipoide auf der Haut）」
Pharm.Ind.32（７）、577-581（1970）参照〕。我々
は、表面張力を低減しかくして塗布性を向上させるアル
コキシル化脂肪アルコール用添加剤を発見した。この添
加剤は粘度も低減させる。
本発明の組成物は、有利な低温保存安定性をも有す
る。
本発明の添加剤は四量体または五量体の形の環式シロ
キサン化合物である。
環式シロキサン類は局処治療用組成物において非水性
稀釈剤として使用されてきている。
一般式 （式中ｎは４または５）の２種の環式シロキサンは、有
用な揮発性をも示し、それぞれ175℃及び210℃の沸点を
有している。
欧州特許第35899号明細書には、上記の如きシリコー
ン類は、活性成分として四級アンモニウム化合物を含む
ヘア・コンデイシヨナー中に含めうることが記載されて
おり、保湿剤は述べられていないが、ミリスチン酸イソ
プロピルが油添加剤として挙げられている。英国特許第
1,467,676号明細書には、保湿剤としてのミリスチン酸
イソプロピルを揮発性シリコーン類で置き換えた発汗防
止剤が記載されている。米国特許第4,268,499号明細書
には、環式シリコーン、脂肪アルコールエーテルをベー
スとしたノニオン系界面活性剤及びポリオキシエチレン
誘導体を含む発汗防止剤が記載されているが、ポリオキ
シプロピレン基を含む界面活性剤は全く述べられていな
い。米国特許第4,246,257号明細書には、シリコーン、
ワツクス、乳化剤及び油脂を含むが真に保湿性の物質を
含まない化粧用クリームが記載されている。
本発明の組成物は簡単な粘度低減効果も達成する。
油／水クリーム及びローシヨンは、加湿効果を与える
ために皮ふ表面へ塗布される。下記の文献は、いわゆる
ラメラ（板状）液晶相が存在する場合に、加湿ないし保
湿が最も効果的であることを示している： （１）K.H.シユラダ（Schrader）「グルンドラーゲン・
ウント・レツエプチユレン・デル・コスメチカ」Dr.フ
チング・フエルラーグ（ハイデルベルグ）、p242（197
9） （２）J.S,シエリネク（Jellinek）「モイスチユアリン
グ・アンド・エモリエンシイ・パート・ワン，コスメチ
ツク・アンド・トイレツトリイス」p69-73（1973） （３）H.ユンギンガー（Junginger）「アウフバウ・ウ
ント・エントビツクルング・フオン・サルベン・クレメ
スウント・エマルジオネーン」APV・デルマチケルクル
スII・マインツ,1983,p19-45。
本発明は、 （Ａ）下記式 （式中ＲはC6〜C22の飽和または不飽和の一価炭化水素
基であり、一つのヒドロキシ置換基で置換されていても
よく、ｍは２〜50である。） のアルコシキル化ポリエーテル５〜95重量％と； （Ｂ）テトラ（ジメチルシクロシロキサン）もしくはペ
ンタ（ジメチルシクロシロキサン）またはこれらの混合
物95〜５重量％と； からなる組成物を２〜30重量％含む水中油または油中水
型エマルジョンを提供する。
好ましくは、この組成物は両成分（Ａ）及び（Ｂ）を
20:80ないし80:20の重量比で含む。
基Ｒは、好ましくはC10〜C20の一価炭化水素基であ
り、さらに好ましくは入手性の理由からC12〜C18の炭化
水素基である。基Ｒは直鎖でも分岐でもよく、飽和でも
不飽和でもよく、また、ヒドロキシル基のような置換基
を含んでいてもよい。この最後の場合、置換基であるヒ
ドロキシル基はアルコキシル化されていてもよい。
ｍの値は好ましくは10〜20である。下記の化合物は、
本発明の組成物の成分（Ａ）として使用しうるものであ
る。
POP（４）ヒドロキシステアリルアルコール POP（15）ヒドロキシステアリルアルコール POP（４）オクチルアルコール POP（10）セチルアルコール POP（４）12−ヒドロキシステアリルアルコール POP（６）12−ヒドロキシステアリルアルコール POP（15）12-ヒドロキシステアリルアルコール POP（５）エルシルアルコール POP（５）オレイルアルコール 上記において、POPはポリオキシプロピレンであり、
カツコ内の数字は含まれるプロピレノキシ単位のモル数
を示すものである。エチレンオキシドから誘導されたポ
リマー単位が存在してよいが、もし液状組成分を形成し
たい場合にはその数は少なくすべきである。
本発明の組成物は両成分を単に混合することにより製
造される。さらに別の成分、例えば香料、着色料、ワツ
クス等を用途に応じて添加することができる。
同様に、本発明の組成物は、広範囲の個人身体管理用
製品、殊に医薬製品（通常は局処特に皮ふ適応用の製
品）に配合できる。
本発明組成物のための有用な範囲の応用は、水中油エ
マルジヨン及び油中水エマルジヨンである。
油中水エマルジヨンにおいて、四量体シロキサンを用
いる本発明の組成物は、低い油脂感で皮ふに冷却効果を
与える。成分（Ｂ）の保湿効果は水分保持を助長し、皮
ふ弾性を増す。成分（Ｂ）の混入は、四量体シロキサン
の凝固点を低減させ、これにより、貯蔵性が増す。その
冷却効果に伴なうアストリンゼント効果がなく、従つて
これにより本発明の組成物は日焼け処理剤に配合するの
に適当である。
水中油型のローシヨン及びクリームにおいて本発明組
成物を使用すると、皮ふにべとつき感を与えずにそれら
の製品の塗布性が向上される。
本発明の組成物は、完全な化粧品処方において、全成
分合計重量の２〜30重量％、好ましくは２〜10重量％程
度まで含まれうる。
油／水／乳化剤からなる系が、組成の残部の主要部を
なすが、乳化剤は典型的には全体の３〜10重量％であ
る。
湿度調節、増量剤、活性成分、防腐剤、香油、着色剤
及び顔料は、通常の量で添加できる。
本発明を以下の実施例により説明する。「部」及び
「パーセント」は重量基準である。
実施例１ （Ａ）成分としてのPOP（15）ステアリルアルコール
と（Ｂ）成分としてのテトラ（ジメチルシクロシロキサ
ン）とを種々の相対比で一緒に混合し、それら混合物の
融点を測定した。いくつかの組成物については表面張力
を測定した。純粋な両成分の性質も合せて比較のために
下表に示してある。
シロキサンの不利な高融点及び表面張力が、わずか少
量のステアリルアルコールエーテルの添加によつて低減
され、その添加量を増すことによつて余り変化がないこ
とが判る。
実施例２ 実施例１の組成（No.11）を用いて油中水型ローシヨ
ンを下記のように調製した。
重量％ 油相：組成No.11 10 パラフイン油 6.0 ペトロラタム 2.0 POE（７）水素化ひまし油ワックス （乳化剤） 6.0 水相:POE（30）ソルビトール 4.0 防腐剤 有効量 水で合計 100 操作： 1.油相を40〜60℃に加熱し、混合する。
2.水相を40〜60℃に加熱し、混合し、高剪断ミキサーを
用いて油相中へ徐々に添加する。
3.室温に冷却しながら、30分間撹拌を継続する。
検定 この製品ローシヨンは加湿性、保湿性であり、べたつ
きのない皮ふ感を与える。また適用の際に鮮烈な冷却効
果と、乾いた潤滑感を残こす。活性成分として遮光剤、
アラントイン、コラーゲン及びビタミン類を加えても乳
化性の悪化はなかつた。
実施例３ 実施例１の組成物No.８を用いて、下記の油中水クリ
ームを調製した。
重量％ 油相：組成物No.８ 6.0 パラフイン油 5.0 ペトロラタム 3.0 POE（１）グリセロールソルビタン オレオステアレート乳化剤 10.0 水相:POE（30）ソルビトール 4.0 防腐剤 有効量 水で合計 100 操作： 1.油相を70〜80℃に予熱し、混合する。
2.水相を70〜80℃に加熱し、MIGミキサーを用いて油相
中へ徐々に添加する。
3.室温に冷却しつつ混合を30分間継続する。
検定 このクリームは、加湿性、保湿性であり、使用後べた
付き感を与えず、乾いた潤滑効果を与える。
実施例１の活性成分を配合することができた。
実施例４ 実施例１の組成物No.７を用いて水中油型ローシヨン
を調製した。
重量％ 油相：組成物No.７ 4.0 イソプロピルミリステート 2.0 パラフイン油 5.0 ペトロラタム 3.0 POE（５）ステアリルステアレート 乳化剤 4.0 POE（12）ステアリルアルコール乳化剤2.0 水相:POE（30）ソルビトール 4.0 防腐剤 有効量 水で合計 100 操作： 1.油相を50〜60℃に加熱し、混合する。
2.水相を60〜70℃に加熱し、高速、高剪断ミキサー
（例：シルバーソン型）を用いて均質化しながら、予熱
油相を添加する。
3,エマルジョン形成後、室温に冷却しながら減速して撹
拌を継続する。
検定 このようにして製造した軟質水中油型ローシヨンは、
板状（ラメラ）液晶相を示し、水分保持性及び良好な加
湿効果を示した。
実施例５ 実施例１の組成物No.５を用いて水中油型クリームを
調製した。
重量％ 油相：組成物No.５ 4.0 イソプロピルミリステート 2.0 パラフイン油 5.0 ステアリン酸 2.0 グリセロールモノステアレート 3.5 POE（21）ステアリルアルコール乳化剤3.0 POE（２）ステアリルアルコール乳化剤1.0 水相:POE（30）ソルビトール 4.0 防腐剤 有効量 水で合計 100 操作： 1.油相を50〜60℃に予熱し、混合する。
2.水相を60〜70℃に加熱し、高速、高剪断ミキサー
（例：シルバーソン型）を用いて均質化しつつ、予熱油
相を添加する。
3.エマルジヨン形成後、室温にまで冷却し、減速で撹拌
を継続する。
検定 この製品はグリース感がなく、迅速浸透性であり、加
湿性のある皮ふクリームであつた。このクリーム中には
板状液晶相が存在した。

  1. 【請求項１】（Ａ）下記式 （式中ＲはC6〜C22の飽和または不飽和の一価炭化水素
    基であり、一つのヒドロキシ置換基で置換されていても
    よく、ｍは２〜50である。） のアルコキシル化ポリエーテル５〜95重量％と； （Ｂ）テトラ（ジメチルシクロシロキサン）もしくはペ
    ンタ（ジメチルシクロシロキサン）またはこれらの混合
    物95〜５重量％と； からなる組成物を２〜30重量％含む水中油または油中水
    型エマルジョン。
  2. 【請求項２】A:Bの重量比が20:80ないし80:20である特
    許請求の範囲第１項に記載のエマルジョン。
  3. 【請求項３】ＲがC10〜C20アルキル基である特許請求の
    範囲第１または２項に記載のエマルジョン。
  4. 【請求項４】ＲがC12〜C18であり、ｍが10〜20である特
    許請求の範囲第１〜３項のいずれかに記載の組成物。
  5. 【請求項５】Ｒがオクチル、セチル、ステアリル、ヒド
    ロキシステアリル、エルシルまたはオレイル基である特
    許請求の範囲第１〜４項のいずれかに記載のエマルジョ
    ン。
