Claims (15)
- ガス圧縮機パッケージであって、
ガス圧縮機と、
前記ガス圧縮機に機械的に接続されるモーターであって、前記ガス圧縮機内でガスを圧縮するために前記モーターにトルクをかける、モーターと、
アフタークーラ前記ガス圧縮機に連通接続されるとともに、前記ガス圧縮機から出た圧縮空気を冷却するように構成された、アフタークーラと、
前記ガス圧縮機に連通接続されるとともに、前記ガス圧縮機を出た油を冷却するように構成された、オイルクーラと、
前記ガス圧縮機パッケージ内に空気流を生成するために、前記ガス圧縮機パッケージの外から空気を引き込み、かつ前記アフタークーラ及び前記オイルクーラを通して前記空気流を押し出す、少なくとも1つのファンユニットと、
を備える、ガス圧縮機パッケージであり、
前記アフタークーラは、前記ガス圧縮機パッケージの水平面に対して角度をつけて方向づけられるとともに、前記ガス圧縮機パッケージ内の前記空気流に対して角度をつけられる、ガス圧縮機パッケージ。 - 前記アフタークーラ及び前記オイルクーラは、前記ガス圧縮機及び前記モーターの上方に位置づけられる、請求項1に記載のガス圧縮機パッケージ。
- 前記アフタークーラは、前記ガス圧縮機パッケージの前記水平面に対して略45度の角度で方向づけられる、請求項2に記載のガス圧縮機パッケージ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのファンユニットは、前記ガス圧縮機パッケージの側部を通して水平方向に空気を引き込むように位置づけられ、前記生成された空気流は、前記ガス圧縮機パッケージ内で水平な空気流である、請求項2に記載のガス圧縮機パッケージ。
- 前記オイルクーラは、前記ガス圧縮機パッケージの前記水平面に対して平行に、かつ前記ガス圧縮機パッケージ内の空気流に対して平行に方向づけられる、請求項4に記載のガス圧縮機パッケージ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのファンユニットは、前記ガス圧縮機パッケージを通して垂直方向下方に空気を引き込むように位置づけられ、前記生成された空気流は、前記ガス圧縮機パッケージ内で垂直の空気流である、請求項2に記載のガス圧縮機パッケージ。
- 前記オイルクーラは、前記ガス圧縮機の前記水平面に対して角度をつけて、かつ前記ガス圧縮機パッケージ内の前記垂直の空気流に対して角度をつけて方向づけられる、請求項6に記載のガス圧縮機パッケージ。
- 前記オイルクーラと前記アフタークーラはV型を形成し、前記少なくとも1つのファンユニットが前記V型の中心に位置づけられる、請求項7に記載のガス圧縮機パッケージ。
- ガス圧縮機用の冷却システムであって、
前記ガス圧縮機から被加熱圧縮空気を受け取り、かつ前記受け取った圧縮空気を冷却するように構成された、アフタークーラと、
前記ガス圧縮機から被加熱油を受け取り、かつ前記受け取った被加熱油を冷却するように構成された、オイルクーラと、
前記アフタークーラ及び前記オイルクーラを通して空気流を生成するために空気を引き込む、少なくとも1つのファンユニットと、
を備える、冷却システムであり、
前記アフタークーラは、水平面に対して角度をつけて方向づけられるとともに、前記少なくとも1つのファンユニットによって生成された前記空気流に対して角度をつけられる、冷却システム。 - 前記アフタークーラは、前記水平面に対して略45度の角度で方向づけられる、請求項9に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのファンユニットは、水平方向に空気を引き込むように位置づけられ、前記生成された空気流は、水平な空気流である、請求項9に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記オイルクーラは、前記水平面に対して平行に、かつ前記少なくとも1つのファンユニットによって生成された空気流に対して平行に方向づけられる、請求項11に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのファンユニットは、垂直方向下方に空気を引き込むように位置づけられ、前記生成された空気流は、垂直の空気流である、請求項9に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記オイルクーラは、前記水平面に対して角度をつけて、かつ前記少なくとも1つのファンユニットによって生成された前記垂直の空気流に対して角度をつけて方向づけられる、請求項13に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記オイルクーラと前記アフタークーラはV型を形成し、前記少なくとも1つのファンユニットが前記V型の中心に位置づけられる、請求項14に記載の冷却システム。
