Claims (10)

- 前記医薬は約５０ｍｇ～約１００ｍｇの（Ｓ）－ブプロピオンを含有する、請求項１に記載の使用。
- 前記医薬は約１００ｍｇ～約２００ｍｇの（Ｓ）－ブプロピオンを含有する、請求項１に記載の使用。
- 前記医薬は存在し得る残余の（Ｒ）－ブプロピオン以外の他の活性薬剤を０．１％未満含有する、請求項１から３のいずれか１項に記載の使用。
- 前記医薬はヒトに投与されたときに少なくとも約６０ｎｇ／ｍＬである（Ｓ）－ブプロピオンのＣ ｍａｘ を達成する、請求項１から４のいずれか１項に記載の使用。
- 前記医薬はヒトに投与されたときに少なくとも約５００ｎｇ／ｍＬである（Ｒ，Ｒ）－ヒドロキシブプロピオンのＣ ｍａｘ を達成する、請求項１から５のいずれか１項に記載の使用。
- 前記医薬はヒトに投与されたときに少なくとも約４００ｎｇ・ｈｒ／ｍＬである（Ｓ）－ブプロピオンのＡＵＣ ０－１２ を達成する、請求項１から６のいずれか１項に記載の使用。
- 前記医薬はヒトに投与されたときに少なくとも約７０００ｎｇ・ｈｒ／ｍＬである（Ｒ，Ｒ）－ヒドロキシブプロピオンのＡＵＣ ０－１２ を達成する、請求項１から７のいずれか１項に記載の使用。
- 前記医薬は（Ｓ）－ブプロピオンの徐放をもたらす、請求項１から８のいずれか１項に記載の使用。
- 前記医薬はヒトに投与されたときに忍容性が良好である、請求項１から９のいずれか１項に記載の使用。
