Abstract
Description
本願は、「ビーワイディーカンパニーリミテッド」が2020年10月30日に提出した、名称が「電池パック及びそれを有する車両」の中国特許出願第「202011194507.7」号の優先権を主張するものである。
Claims (20)
- 電池パック(100)であって、
セル(2)と、
前記セル(2)を支持するように前記セル(2)の下方に設けられた底板(1)と、
前記セル(2)の上方に設けられた頂板(3)と、
前記底板(1)と前記頂板(3)との間に位置する梁本体部(41)と、及び前記梁本体部(41)の下端に接続されるとともに前記底板(1)の下方に配置された梁底部(42)を含む取付梁(4)と、
前記電池パック(100)を適用シーンにおける取付点に取り付けるための接続アセンブリ(5)であって、前記電池パック(100)を適用シーンにおける取付点に取り付ける場合に、前記接続アセンブリ(5)を前記取付梁(4)と結合させることにより、前記取付梁(4)に上向きの作用力を提供する、接続アセンブリ(5)と、を含む、ことを特徴とする電池パック(100)。 - 前記接続アセンブリ(5)は、複数であり、前記取付梁(4)の長さ方向に沿って間隔をおいて設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記接続アセンブリ(5)は、スリーブ(51)を含み、前記スリーブ(51)は、スリーブ部(511)と底縁部(512)を含み、
前記スリーブ部(511)は、上下方向に沿って前記取付梁(4)を貫通し、前記底縁部(512)は、前記スリーブ部(511)の下端に接続され、前記梁底部(42)の下方に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電池パック(100)。 - 前記スリーブ(51)は、ボス(513)を有し、
前記接続アセンブリ(5)は、
ヘッド部(521)及びロッド部(522)を含む接続部材(52)をさらに含み、前記ヘッド部(521)は、前記ロッド部(522)の下端に接続され、前記ボス(513)の下方に配置され、前記ロッド部(522)は、前記スリーブ(51)と前記頂板(3)を貫通し、前記ロッド部(522)の上端が前記頂板(3)の上方まで延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池パック(100)。 - 前記接続アセンブリ(5)は、第1封止部材(54)をさらに含み、前記スリーブ(51)は、接続部(514)を含み、前記接続部(514)は、前記スリーブ部(511)の上端に接続され、前記接続部(514)は、前記頂板(3)を貫通し、前記スリーブ部(511)の外径は、前記接続部(514)の外径より大きく、前記第1封止部材(54)は、前記接続部(514)の外部に嵌設されるとともに前記スリーブ部(511)と前記頂板(3)との間に介設される、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記接続アセンブリ(5)は、ナット(53)をさらに含み、前記頂板(3)の上方に位置する前記接続部(514)の少なくとも一部の外周面に雄ねじを有し、前記ナット(53)は、前記接続部(514)の外部に螺合される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記接続アセンブリ(5)は、第2封止部材(55)をさらに含み、前記第2封止部材(55)は、前記ナット(53)の頂部に位置し、前記ナット(53)の内孔を取り囲む、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記ナット(53)の頂部に遮蔽部(531)が配置され、前記遮蔽部(531)は、環状であり、前記接続部(514)の上方に位置して、前記接続部(514)と前記ナット(53)との螺合箇所を遮蔽する、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記接続アセンブリ(5)は、第3封止部材(56)をさらに含み、前記第3封止部材(56)は、前記ロッド部(522)の外部に嵌設され、前記ヘッド部(521)と前記ボス(513)との間に介設される、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記梁底部(42)は、中心部(421)及び外周部(422)を含み、前記外周部(422)は、前記中心部(421)を取り囲んで設けられ、前記中心部(421)の厚さは、前記外周部(422)の厚さより大きく、前記底縁部(512)は、前記中心部(421)の下方に支持される、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記梁底部(42)は、遷移部(423)をさらに含み、前記遷移部(423)は、前記中心部(421)と前記外周部(422)との間に接続され、厚さが前記中心部(421)から前記外周部(422)への方向に徐々に減少し、前記中心部(421)の頂面は、前記外周部(422)の頂面と面一であり、前記中心部(421)の底面は、前記遷移部(423)の底面を介して滑らかに遷移して前記外周部(422)の底面に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記梁底部(42)の外縁の頂壁にザグリ溝(424)を有し、前記ザグリ溝(424)の外側面が開口し、前記底板(1)は、前記ザグリ溝(424)の内壁に当接して固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記取付梁(4)の幅方向の両側にそれぞれ前記セル(2)が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記底板(1)を取り囲んで設けられた複数の側部梁(6)を含み、前記複数の側部梁(6)と前記底板(1)は、接続されてトレイ(101)を形成し、前記複数の側部梁(6)によってフレームが囲まれ、前記セル(2)及び前記取付梁(4)はいずれも、前記フレーム内に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記セル(2)は、前記底板(1)に接着される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記頂板(3)は、冷却板であり、前記セル(2)に接着される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記取付梁(4)は、内部に補強リブ(44)が設けられた中空梁であり、前記補強リブ(44)は、前記取付梁(4)の長さ方向に沿って延伸し、複数本であり、上下方向に沿って前記梁本体部(41)内に間隔をおいて配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記梁底部(42)の外縁の頂壁にザグリ溝(424)を有し、前記ザグリ溝(424)の外側面が開口し、前記底板(1)は、前記ザグリ溝(424)の内壁に当接して固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 前記取付梁(4)は、梁頂部(43)をさらに含み、前記梁頂部(43)は、前記梁本体部(41)の上端に接続され、前記頂板(3)の下方に配置され、前記スリーブ部(511)は、上下方向に沿って延伸し、前記取付梁(4)を貫通し、前記スリーブ部(511)の上端は、前記梁頂部(43)の下方に支配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項3~11のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック(100)。
- 車体(200)と、請求項1~19のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック(100)とを含み、前記接続アセンブリ(5)は、前記車体(200)に接続される、ことを特徴とする車両(1000)。
