Claims (10)
- 下記のステップを含むことを特徴とする銅ベースの硫化水銀除去剤キャリアの調製手段。
ステップ1 アルミナ水和物と有機酸を混合させて混合溶液Aを取得する。
ステップ2 ステップ1で取得した混合溶液Aにテトラアルキルシロキサンを入れ、気密状態でかき回し、噴霧水を吹き入れ、続いてかき回してから水銀除去剤キャリアを取得する。 - 前記のステップ1でアルミナ水和物と有機酸を-10℃~40℃で混合させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の銅ベースの硫化水銀除去剤キャリアの調製手段。
- 前記のステップ1で取得した混合溶液Aで有機酸の質量がアルミナ水和物の質量の1%~10%に当たることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の銅ベースの硫化水銀除去剤キャリアの調製手段。
- 前記のステップ1で取得した混合溶液Aで有機酸の質量がアルミナ水和物の質量の6%に当たることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の銅ベースの硫化水銀除去剤キャリアの調製手段。
- 前記のステップ1における有機酸がシュウ酸、エチレンジアミン四酢酸またはクエン酸のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の銅ベースの硫化水銀除去剤キャリアの調製手段。
- 前記のステップ2で入れられるテトラアルキルシロキサンの質量がステップ1でアルミナ水和物の質量の3%~15%に当たることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の銅ベースの硫化水銀除去剤キャリアの調製手段。
- 前記のテトラアルキルシロキサンがテトラメチルシロキサンまたはテトラエチルシロキサンであることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の銅ベースの硫化水銀除去剤キャリアの調製手段。
- 前記のステップ2で吹き入れられる噴霧水の質量がテトラアルキルシロキサンの質量の3~8倍に当たることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の銅ベースの硫化水銀除去剤キャリアの調製手段。
- 前記のステップ2で噴霧水を吹き入れてから続いて1~24時間にかき回してから水銀除去剤キャリアを取得することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の銅ベースの硫化水銀除去剤キャリアの調製手段。
- 請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の方法による調製によるものであることを特徴とする銅ベースの硫化水銀除去剤キャリア。
