Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 原紙及び前記原紙に塗布されたバリア層を含むコート紙であって、前記バリア層が少なくとも1つのポリマーを含み、前記ポリマーが、少なくとも部分的に鹸化されたポリビニルアルコール及び/又は少なくとも部分的に鹸化されたポリビニルアルコールコポリマーを含み、そのそれぞれがDSCによって求めた210℃未満の開始温度を有することを特徴とする、コート紙。
- 少なくとも1つの無機顔料及びポリマーバインダを含むプレコートが、前記原紙と前記バリア層との間に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコート紙。
- 前記無機顔料が小板の形態であり、好ましくはタルク、沈降炭酸カルシウム、ケイ酸塩、好ましくはフィロケイ酸塩又はカオリンを含むこと、及び/又は前記ポリマーバインダがポリアクリレートを主成分とするポリマーバインダを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のコート紙。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリマーが、30%~95%の鹸化度、0超~100,000g/mol未満の平均分子量、及びDSCによって求めた200℃未満の開始温度を有する、部分的に鹸化されたポリビニルアルコールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のコート紙。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリマーが、95%超~100%の鹸化度、70,000g/mol超の平均分子量、DSCによって求めた200℃未満の開始温度を有する、部分的に鹸化されたポリビニルアルコールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のコート紙。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリマーが、95%~100%の鹸化度、60,000g/mol超の平均分子量、及びDSCによって求めた210℃未満の開始温度を有する、部分的に鹸化されたポリビニルアルコールコポリマー、好ましくは部分的に鹸化されたポリエチレンビニルアルコールであることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のコート紙。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリマーが、請求項4、5及び/又は6に記載のポリマーの混合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のコート紙。
- 乾燥含量が4%の前記部分的に鹸化されたポリビニルアルコール及び/又は前記部分的に鹸化されたポリビニルアルコールコポリマーが、30mPa・s未満、特に好ましくは20mPa・s未満、非常に特に好ましくは15mPa・s未満の粘度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のコート紙。
- 前記バリア層の塗布面密度が、乾燥した最終製品(風乾)に対して5~20g/m2、好ましくは8~12g/m2であることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のコート紙。
- 前記コート紙、特に前記バリア層がハロゲン含有化合物を含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のコート紙。
- 前記原紙が、20~120g/m2、好ましくは40~100g/m2の面密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のコート紙。
- 前記原紙が、10~80重量%の長繊維含量及び20~90%の短繊維含量を有し、長繊維が2.6~4.4mmの繊維長を有する繊維であり、短繊維が0.7~2.2mmの繊維長を有する繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のコート紙。
- 金属、特にアルミニウム、並びに/又は金属酸化物、特に酸化アルミニウム及び/若しくは酸化ケイ素を含むさらなる層が、前記バリア層に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のコート紙。
- 前記バリア層の出発材料を含む水性懸濁液が、前記原紙に塗布され、前記水性塗布懸濁液が5~50重量%、好ましくは10~30重量%の固形分を有し、カーテンコーティングプロセス、好ましくはダブルカーテンコーティングプロセスによって、少なくとも200m/分のコーティング設備の動作速度にて塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のコート紙の製造方法。
- 包装材料としての、又は包装材料の、特に厚紙若しくは板紙を基材とする包装材料の構成要素としての、特に食品のための、特にシリアルバー、チョコレート、チョコレート含有製品又はポテトチップスのための包装材料としての、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のコート紙又は請求項13に記載の方法によって得ることができるコート紙の使用。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のコート紙又は請求項13に記載の方法によって得ることができるコート紙を含む包装であって、好ましくはコールドシール包装、ヒートシール包装、特にフォームフィルシール包装である、包装。
