Claims (16)
- 一表面(5a、5b)に、その耐摩耗性を高めるために、被膜(B)が設けられた金属製基体を有する、車両用ブレーキの構成要素であって、前記被膜(B)は、前記基体(2)の上にある中間層(Z)と前記中間層(Z)の上にある被覆層(D)とを備え、前記被覆層(D)は硬質材料粒子(HP)が埋め込まれたステンレス鋼マトリックス(E)から形成されている、構成要素において、前記被覆層(D)の前記ステンレス鋼マトリックス(E)に埋め込まれた前記硬質材料粒子(HP)の平均粒径は10μm~125μmであり、前記硬質材料粒子(HP)は、前記硬質材料粒子(HP)の影響されない材料から成る非溶融コア領域(K)を有し、前記コア領域(K)は、前記ステンレス鋼マトリックス(E)の材料と前記硬質材料粒子(HP)の各々の材料とから形成された混合ゾーン(M)によって、少なくとも部分的に取り囲まれ、前記混合ゾーン(M)を介して、前記硬質材料粒子(HP)の各々は前記ステンレス鋼マトリックス(E)に物質結合されていることを特徴とする構成要素。

- 車両用ブレーキの構成要素の製造方法であって、第1ステップにおいて、中間層(Z)が前記構成要素(1)の基体(2)の表面に生成され、第2ステップにおいて、前記中間層(Z)の自由表面に付着させたステンレス鋼粉末の上にレーザービームを移動させるレーザー肉盛溶接法によって、硬質材料粒子(HP)が埋め込まれたステンレス鋼マトリックス(E)から形成された被覆層(D)が前記中間層(Z)の上に生成される方法において、前記被覆層(D)の生成中、前記レーザービームは、前記中間層(Z)に付着させた前記ステンレス鋼粉末に0.1~2.5KW/mm2のレーザー強度で向けられ、前記付着させたステンレス鋼粉末に前記レーザービームが照射されて前記ステンレス鋼粉末が溶融して溶融浴を形成するスポットの直径が2.5~15mmであり、そのようにして形成された前記溶融浴に平均粒径15μm~135μmの硬質材料粒子(HP)が追加されることを特徴とする方法。

- 前記被覆層(D)の生成のために使用される前記レーザービームの前記レーザー強度が最大1.2KW/mm2であることを特徴とする、請求項5~9の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆層(D)の生成のために使用される前記レーザービームのレーザーパワーが6~25KWであることを特徴とする、請求項5~10の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素は、前記レーザービームの照射前に、100~700℃の予熱温度に予熱されることを特徴とする、請求項5~11の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素全体は、前記ステンレス鋼粉末の付着前に、前記予熱温度に予熱されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素は、前記ステンレス鋼粉末がその後に前記レーザービームによって溶融される部分に局所的に限定して、前記予熱温度に予熱されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素は、前記レーザービームに先立ち、予熱されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記予熱は誘導加熱によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項12~15の何れか一項に記載の方法。
