Claims (8)
- 外気中の微細塵濃度を光散乱方式で測定する光散乱式微細塵測定装置において、外気が流入される流入口111aと微細塵濃度を測定した測定空気が排出される出口113aとがそれぞれ備えられるケーシング110と;前記ケーシング110の内部に前記流入口111aと前記出口113aとを連結し、前記外気が移動する空気流路120と;前記ケーシング110の外側に備えられ、外気の温度と相対湿度とを測定する外部温湿度センサ140と;前記流入口111a側の空気流路120上に備えられるヒータ130と;前記ヒータ130と前記出口113aとの間の空気流路120上に備えられ、前記ヒータ130を経由して移動する測定空気の微細塵濃度を測定する光散乱式微細塵センサ160と;前記ヒータ130と前記光散乱式微細塵センサ160との間の空気流路120上に備えられ、前記測定空気の温度と相対湿度とを測定する内部温湿度センサ150と;を含むことを特徴とする光散乱式微細塵測定装置。
- 前記空気流路120は、下部から上部方向、上部から下部方向、一側から他側方向のいずれかの方向に形成され、前記空気流路120上には前記外気の強制移動のための空気流ファン170が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光散乱式微細塵測定装置。
- 前記空気流路120は、前記ヒータ130から前記出口113aにつながる複数の内部分岐流路を含み、前記内部分岐流路のいずれか一つにのみ前記内部温湿度センサ150と前記光散乱式微細塵センサ160とが備えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光散乱式微細塵測定装置。
- 前記空気流路120は、前記ヒータ130から前記出口113aにつながる複数の内部分岐流路を含み、前記複数の内部分岐流路のそれぞれに前記内部温湿度センサ150と前記光散乱式微細塵センサ160とが備えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光散乱式微細塵測定装置。
- 前記空気流路120は、前記流入口111aから前記ヒータ130までつながる流入流路121と、前記ヒータ130と前記内部温湿度センサ150までつながるヒーティング流路123と、前記内部温湿度センサ150から前記光散乱式微細塵センサ160までつながるセンシング流路125と、前記光散乱式微細塵センサ160から前記出口113aまでつながる出口流路127と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光散乱式微細塵測定装置。
- 前記センシング流路125の幅は、前記ヒーティング流路123の幅より狭く形成され、前記ヒーティング流路123と前記センシング流路125との内壁面には断熱素材で形成されている断熱層125aが備えられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の光散乱式微細塵測定装置。
- 前記流入流路121と、前記ヒーティング流路123と、前記センシング流路125との表面には、静電気防止材料で形成された帯電防止層121aが備えられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の光散乱式微細塵測定装置。
- 前記外部温湿度センサ140で測定された外気の外部相対湿度が既設定された目標相対湿度より高い場合、前記ヒータ130を駆動させて前記外気の外部相対湿度が前記目標相対湿度に到達する目標温度まで前記外気が加熱されるようにする制御部180をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の光散乱式微細塵測定装置。
