Claims (12)
- 上面、下面、及び複数の側面を備えるボディ部と、
前記ボディ部の複数の側面のうち少なくとも一つの側面に備えられるコネクタ部と、
前記ボディ部の上面に結合され、外部から前記ボディ部の上面に向かって加えられる圧力を測定する圧力測定部と、
前記圧力測定部と接続されて前記圧力測定部から測定された圧力値を受信し、受信した圧力値を連結された通信ラインに出力する制御部と、を含む、圧力測定ユニット。 - 前記コネクタ部は、
前記圧力測定部及び前記制御部に供給される電流が流れる電源ラインと連結される電源端子と、前記通信ラインと連結される通信端子とを含む、請求項1に記載の圧力測定ユニット。 - 前記コネクタ部は、
前記ボディ部の複数の側面にそれぞれ備えられ、それぞれに含まれた前記電源端子は前記電源ラインを通じて互いに連結され、それぞれに含まれた前記通信端子は前記通信ラインを通じて互いに連結される、請求項2に記載の圧力測定ユニット。 - 前記制御部は、
予め割り当てられた識別番号とともに前記圧力値を前記通信ラインに出力する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の圧力測定ユニット。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の圧力測定ユニットと、
板状で構成された下板と、
前記下板に対面して位置する板状の上板と、
前記上板の一部分と前記下板の一部分とを固定結合する固定フレームと、を含み、
前記圧力測定ユニットは、
前記下板の上面に複数個備えられ、複数の圧力測定ユニットの上部にバッテリーが載置されるように板状の上面を有する前記圧力測定部を含み、前記下板に向かって加えられる単位圧力値を測定する、バッテリー検査装置。 - 前記複数の圧力測定ユニットは、
相互に対応する前記コネクタ部同士が連結される、請求項5に記載のバッテリー検査装置。 - 前記複数の圧力測定ユニットは、
前記ボディ部の前記複数の側面に設けられて相互に着脱可能な結合部をさらに含む、請求項5または6に記載のバッテリー検査装置。 - 前記複数の圧力測定ユニットは、
複数の側面のそれぞれに前記コネクタ部及び前記結合部を含むように直方体状で構成された前記ボディ部をそれぞれ含み、対応する圧力測定ユニット同士が前記結合部を通じて着脱可能に構成され、前記対応する圧力測定ユニット同士の前記コネクタ部が互いに連結される、請求項7に記載のバッテリー検査装置。 - 前記通信ラインと連結され、前記通信ラインを通じて前記複数の圧力測定ユニットのそれぞれで測定した複数の単位圧力値を受信し、受信した複数の単位圧力値に基づいて前記バッテリーの圧力分布及び部分毎の圧力の大きさのうち少なくとも一つを判断するプロセッサをさらに含む、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー検査装置。
- 前記下板の下側に位置し、前記バッテリーから前記下板に向かって加えられるバッテリー圧力値を測定する圧力センサをさらに含む、請求項9に記載のバッテリー検査装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、
前記複数の圧力測定ユニットから受信した前記複数の単位圧力値の合計と前記バッテリー圧力値とが相異なる場合、前記バッテリー圧力値に基づいて前記複数の単位圧力値をそれぞれ補正する、請求項10に記載のバッテリー検査装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の圧力測定ユニットを含む、バッテリー製造装置。
