Description
Claims (15)
- 板状で構成された下板と、
板状で構成され、前記下板と対面して位置するように構成された上板と、
前記下板の一部及び前記上板の一部が固定結合するように構成された固定フレームと、
前記下板に固定結合し、ヘッドが前記上板に向かうように位置し、前記ヘッドに加えられる圧力を各々測定するように構成された複数の圧力測定素子と、
上面が扁平形状で構成され、前記上面が前記上板に対面し、下面の少なくとも一部が前記複数の圧力測定素子の各々の前記ヘッドに付着されるように構成された複数の加圧部材と、を含む、バッテリースウェリング検査装置。 - 前記複数の圧力測定素子の一部は、
前記ヘッドの少なくとも一部が傾いた形態で構成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリースウェリング検査装置。 - 前記複数の圧力測定素子の一部は、
前記ヘッドの少なくとも一部が曲面の形態で構成された、請求項2に記載のバッテリースウェリング検査装置。 - 前記複数の加圧部材の一部は、
前記下面の中央部が前記ヘッドと付着されるように構成された、請求項2に記載のバッテリースウェリング検査装置。 - 前記複数の加圧部材の一部は、
前記上面が前記上板と所定の間隔を隔てて対面するように構成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリースウェリング検査装置。 - 前記固定フレームは、
前記上面と前記上板との間隔が調節可能に構成された、請求項5に記載のバッテリースウェリング検査装置。 - 前記複数の加圧部材の一部は、
前記上面及び前記下面を備える板状で構成された胴体部と、
前記胴体部の少なくとも一部から下方へ突出した形態で構成されたレッグ部と、を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリースウェリング検査装置。 - 前記複数の加圧部材の一部は、
前記胴体部と前記レッグ部との角度が変更可能に構成された、請求項7に記載のバッテリースウェリング検査装置。 - 前記レッグ部は、
前記胴体部の少なくとも一部と結合し、ヒンジ回動が可能に構成された、請求項7に記載のバッテリースウェリング検査装置。 - 一端が前記下板に付着され、他端が前記レッグ部に付着されるように構成された弾性部材をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のバッテリースウェリング検査装置。
- 前記胴体部は、
圧力が加えられる位置に対応するように前記ヘッドを中心に傾くように構成され、
前記レッグ部は、
前記胴体部が傾いた程度によって収縮または膨張する前記弾性部材によって上方または前記下方へ移動可能に構成された、請求項10に記載のバッテリースウェリング検査装置。 - 一端が前記下板に付着され、前記レッグ部が挿入されるように内部に中空または溝が形成されるように構成された支持部材をさらに含む、請求項10に記載のバッテリースウェリング検査装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、
前記中空または前記溝の内部に位置するように構成された、請求項12に記載のバッテリースウェリング検査装置。 - 前記下板の上面を複数の区域に区画するように前記下板の上面から上方へ突出した形態で構成されたガイド部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリースウェリング検査装置。
- 前記複数の圧力測定素子と連結され、前記複数の圧力測定素子の各々から測定された圧力値を受信し、前記上板と前記複数の加圧部材との間にバッテリーセルが介在された場合、受信した複数の圧力値に基づいて前記バッテリーセルのスウェリング分布及び前記バッテリーセルの部位別スウェリング程度のうち少なくとも一つを判断するように構成された制御部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリースウェリング検査装置。
