Claims (8)
- 洗浄液が流入される洗浄液流入口(110)が一側部に形成され、他側部には洗浄液流入口(110)と連通される設置口(120)が形成され、前記設置口(120)の外側部には空気流入口(130)と連通される空気流入路(140)が形成されたハウジング(100)と、前記ハウジング(100)に形成された設置口(120)に一側及び他側方向にスライド移動可能に設置される開閉バルブ(200)と、前記開閉バルブ(200)を弾力支持しながらスライド移動させるスプリングのような弾性体(400)と、前記弾性体(400)の自体弾性力と洗浄液流入口(110)を通じて流入される洗浄液の圧力によって設置口(120)の一側及び他側方向にスライド移動可能に開閉バルブ(200)が設置されたハウジング(100)の他側端部に洗浄液が外部に噴射されるようにすると同時に、前記ハウジング(100)に形成された空気流入口(130)に流入された空気が空気流入路(140)を通じて移動されながら外部に噴射されるようにするキャップ(150)で構成されることを特徴とする自動車用複合ノズル。
- 請求項1において、前記開閉バルブ(200)は洗浄液流入口(110)を通じて流入される洗浄液が流入される流入溝(211)が掘られて形成され、前記流入溝(211)と連通される供給孔(212)が貫通されて形成された第1バルブ(210)と、前記流入溝(211)を通じて流入される洗浄液の油圧によって自体弾性力によって変形されながら供給孔(212)が開閉されるように第1バルブ(210)の外側部に嵌合が行われる開閉材(230)と、前記開閉材(230)が外側部に結合された第1バルブ(210)が一定値以上挿入されないようにする段差(221a)を有する供給穴(221)が一側部に掘られて形成され、前記供給穴(221)と連通される洗浄液噴射孔(222)が他側部に貫通されて形成された第2バルブ(220)で構成されることを特徴とする自動車用複合ノズル。
- 請求項1において、前記開閉材(230)は供給穴(221)の内径よりも小さい外径を有するラバー材である円筒形の函体(232)と、前記函体(232)が外側面に嵌合された第1バルブ(210)と第2バルブ(220)の間の気密が維持されるようにする頭部(231)で構成され、前記頭部(231)と函体(232)には供給孔(212)が形成された第1バルブ(210)の外径と同一の内径を有する挿入孔(233)が貫通されて形成されることを特徴とする自動車用複合ノズル。
- 請求項1において、前記キャップ(150)には第2バルブ(220)が設置される設置口(120)及び空気流入路(140)が形成されたハウジング(100)の他側端部が挿入結合される嵌め溝(152)と、前記ハウジング(100)に形成された空気流入路(140)に供給された空気が流入される空気流入溝(154)と、前記空気流入溝(154)に流入された空気を外部に噴射させるエアー噴射孔(153)と、洗浄液噴射孔(222)が外部に露出されるように第2バルブ(220)の他側部の引入出が行われる引入出孔(151)がそれぞれ形成されることを特徴とする自動車用複合ノズル。
- 請求項1において、前記第2バルブ(220)の供給穴(221)に形成された段差(221a)には一定の間隔で2つ以上の流体流れ溝(221a’)が掘られて形成されることを特徴とする自動車用複合ノズル。
- 請求項1において、前記ハウジング(100)は洗浄液噴射孔(222)が形成された第2バルブ(220)がカメラレンズ(500)よりも最小5mm以上突出される位置に位置されるようにカメラレンズ(500)が設置される固定体(600)に結合されることを特徴とする自動車用複合ノズル。
- 請求項6において、前記洗浄液噴射孔(222)を通じてカメラレンズ(500)に噴射される洗浄液の着水点角度(Q)は25°~35°以内に設定されることを特徴とする自動車用複合ノズル。
- 請求項6において、前記カメラレンズ(500)が設置される固定体(600)と、前記固定体(600)に結合されるハウジング(100)は20mm以内の間隔(P)が維持されるように結合されることを特徴とする自動車用複合ノズル。
