1)化合物2-1の製造
素子の作製に使用される基板は、蒸留水で超音波洗浄を10分間行い、100℃状態のオーブンで30分間乾燥させた後、真空蒸着装置のチャンバに移送させた。
化学式1-1の代わりに表5の化合物を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に実験した。
化学式1-1の代わりに化合物ET1を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に実験した。
化学式1-1の代わりに化合物ET2を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に実験した。
化学式1-1の代わりに化合物ET3を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に実験した。
化学式1-1の代わりに化合物ET4を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に実験した。
化学式1-1の代わりに化合物ET5を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に実験した。
化学式1-1の代わりに化合物ET6を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に実験した。
実施例及び比較例で製造した有機発光素子を対象として、10mA/cm2の電流密度で駆動電圧及び発光効率を測定し、1,000cd/m2の初期輝度に対して95%になる時間(LT95)を測定し、その測定結果を下記の表5に示した。

- 前記化学式1において、Ar1~Ar3は、独立して、フェニル基、ビフェニル基、テルフェニル基、ナフチル基、アントラセニル基、フェナントレン基、ピレニル基、ペリレニル基、クリセニル基、カルバゾール基、チオフェン基、フラン基、ピロール基、イミダゾール基、チアゾール基、オキサゾール基、オキサジアゾール基、トリアゾール基、ピリジル基、ピリダジン基、キノリニル基、イソキノリン基、アクリジル基、
- 前記化学式1において、R2は、水素、フェニル基、ビフェニル基、テルフェニル基、ナフチル基、アントラセニル基、フェナントレン基、ピレニル基、ペリレニル基、クリセニル基、カルバゾール基、チオフェン基、フラン基、ピロール基、イミダゾール基、チアゾール基、オキサゾール基、オキサジアゾール基、トリアゾール基、ピリジル基、ピリダジン基、キノリニル基、イソキノリン基及びアクリジル基からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機化合物。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の有機化合物を含むことを特徴とする、電子輸送物質。
- 請求項5に記載の電子輸送物質を含むことを特徴とする、有機発光ダイオード。
- 前記有機発光ダイオードは、第1電極、第2電極、及び前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に位置する有機物層を含み、
前記有機物層は前記電子輸送物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の有機発光ダイオード。 - 前記有機物層は、電子注入層、電子輸送層、発光層、正孔輸送層及び正孔注入層からなる群から選択された1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の有機発光ダイオード。
- 請求項6に記載の有機発光ダイオードを含むことを特徴とする、表示装置。
