Claims (7)
- ガスケット・シールを製造するための方法であって、結合された少なくとも2つの全く同じ管(20)によって製造されたアセンブリ(10)に機械加工操作によって複数の切欠きを製造することにあり、個々の管(20)が2つの端部の間を縦方向の軸に沿って展開し、1つの管(20)の前記端部は「第1の端部」(21)と呼ばれ、「第2の端部」(22)と呼ばれる他の管(20)の前記端部の形に対して相補をなす形を有し、したがって前記第1の端部および第2の端部(21、22)は、形の相補性によって協同することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記機械加工操作を実施する前に、前記アセンブリ(10)を製造する予備ステップを含み、前記アセンブリ(10)を得るために、モールド成形およびそれに引き続く一体結合によって前記管(20)が得られる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記機械加工操作を実施する前に予備ステップを含み、押出しによって管(20)ごとに円筒ボディー(23)が製造され、また、モールド成形によって第1の端部(21)が製造され、次に前記第1の端部(21)が前記円筒ボディー(23)に固定され、最後に、前記アセンブリ(10)を得るために、このようにして形成された前記管(20)が一体に結合される、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記予備ステップの間、前記第1の端部(21)が前記円筒ボディー(23)の上にオーバーモールドされる、請求項3に記載の製造方法。
- 前記管(20)が結合される際に、それらがそれぞれの反対側のそれらの第1の端部および第2の端部(21、22)で一体にねじ止めされる、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記管(20)が結合される際に、それらがそれぞれの反対側のそれらの第1の端部および第2の端部(21、22)で一体ににかわ付けされ、あるいは打ち込まれる、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法を実施することによって得られたガスケット・シールを備え、また、ミドル、水晶およびバックによって形成されたケースを備えた腕時計であって、前記ガスケットが、バックと前記ミドルの間、前記水晶と前記ミドルの間、またはベゼルと前記ミドルの間に置かれるよう、前記ミドルに対して配置されることを特徴とする腕時計。
