Abstract
Description
Rin=d×(nx-ny)
(円偏光板)
反射防止フィルム、偏光子、位相差フィルムおよび粘着剤層を順に含む円偏光板を準備した。
上記円偏光板をOLEDパネルに付着した。上記OLEDパネルは410nm~550nm範囲の波長に対する平均反射率が40%であり、600nm~650nm範囲の波長に対する平均反射率が48%であるLGD社製品を使用した。
上記実施例および比較例の円偏光板が付着されたOLEDパネルに対して、円偏光板の構成による反射視感を評価した。この時、OLEDパネルは電界Off状態である。具体的には、円偏光板が付着されたOLEDパネルに対してL*a*b*色座標を測定した。D65光源環境でL*a*b*色座標基準a*が8未満でありb*が-8.5超過である場合、反射視感が優秀なものと評価することができる。
反射防止フィルム、偏光子、位相差フィルムおよび粘着剤層を順に含む円偏光板を準備した。下記で言及した構成を除いては実施例1と同じである。
粘着剤層にブルーカットダイを適用させないことを除いては実施例4と同様にして円偏光板を製造した。上記円偏光板をOLEDパネルに付着した。OLEDパネルは実施例1と同じである。
実施例4および比較例18の円偏光板をOLEDパネルに付着した後、ブルーカットダイの適用による発光特性影響を評価した。上記円偏光板を付着したOLEDパネルに対して、MinoltaのSpectro radiometer CS-1000装備を利用して、ブルーカットダイを適用していない比較例18の円偏光板を付着したOLEDパネルとブルーカットダイを適用した実施例4の円偏光板を付着したOLEDパネルに対してそれぞれ測定したwhite colorの色座標のu’v’座標を測定した結果、ブルーカットダイを適用する前と比較して、適用後にOLEDパネルの発光に輝度の影響はなかったものの、white colorは多少変化した。white colorの変化は、u’v’座標基準として(0.216、0.434)から(0.217、0.436)に移動したことから分かる。ブルーカットダイの濃度が増加するほどwhiteの色座標に変化が増加し、反射色がneutralに移動する。

Claims (13)
- 反射防止フィルム、偏光子、R(450)/R(550)値が0.99~1.01であり、前記偏光子の吸収軸と37~43度をなす遅相軸を有する位相差フィルム、および粘着剤層を順に含む円偏光板であって、前記円偏光板の430nmの波長に対する透過率が30%以下である、円偏光板(R(λ)はλnm波長に対する面内位相差値である。)。
- 前記反射防止フィルムのヘイズは1%以下である、請求項1に記載の円偏光板。
- 前記反射防止フィルムの最低反射波長は400nm~530nmの範囲内である、請求項1または2に記載の円偏光板。
- 前記偏光子の550nm波長に対する透過率は40%~50%の範囲内である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の円偏光板。
- 前記位相差フィルムの550nm波長に対する面内位相差値は135nm~142nmである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の円偏光板。
- 前記位相差フィルムは液晶重合フィルムまたは高分子延伸フィルムである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の円偏光板。
- 前記円偏光板の460nmおよび550nmの波長に対する透過率はそれぞれ40%以上である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の円偏光板。
- 前記円偏光板の430nmの波長に対する透過率は4%以上である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の円偏光板。
- 前記円偏光板は370nm~430nmの範囲内で最大吸光度を示す染料をさらに含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の円偏光板。
- OLEDパネルおよび前記OLEDパネルの一面に配置された請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載された円偏光板を含む、OLED装置。
- 前記OLEDパネルは410nm~500nmの領域の波長に対する平均反射率が45%以下であり、600nm~650nmの領域の波長に対する平均反射率が50%以下である、請求項10に記載のOLED装置。
- 前記円偏光板が付着されたOLEDパネルの550nmの波長に対する反射率は1.7%以下である、請求項10または11に記載のOLED装置。
- 前記円偏光板が付着されたOLEDパネルの反射色はL*a*b*色座標基準でa*<8およびb*>-8.5を満足する、請求項10~12のいずれか一項に記載のOLED装置。
