Claims (15)
- 電流線(40)と、第1の測定位置(51)と、第2の測定位置(52)と、クーラント(80)とを備える測定装置(20)であって、前記第1の測定位置(51)が前記電流線(40)に設けられ、前記第2の測定位置(52)が前記電流線(40)に前記第1の測定位置(51)から離れて設けられ、前記電流線(40)を通って流れる電流(I)により生じる前記電流線(40)の測定区間(41)での電圧を測定することが可能であり、前記測定区間(41)が、前記第1の測定位置(51)と前記第2の測定位置(52)との間に画定され、前記クーラント(80)が流体形態であり、少なくとも部分的に、前記第1の測定位置(51)と前記第2の測定位置(52)との間の領域で前記電流線(40)と直接接触する、測定装置(20)。
- 前記電流線(40)が、前記測定区間(41)において、前記測定区間(41)の外側にある少なくとも1つの第1の電流線区間(42)よりも大きい電気抵抗を有し、前記第1の電流線区間(42)が、前記電流線(40)に沿って前記測定区間(41)と同じ長さ(L1、L2)を有する、請求項1に記載の測定装置(20)。
- 前記電流線(40)が、前記測定区間(41)において、少なくとも部分的に、前記少なくとも1つの第1の電流線区間(42)よりも小さい断面領域(43、44)を有する、請求項2に記載の測定装置(20)。
- 前記電流線(40)が、前記測定区間(41)で少なくとも部分的に第1の材料を有し、前記少なくとも1つの第1の電流線区間(42)で少なくとも部分的に第2の材料を有し、前記第1の材料が前記第2の材料よりも高い比電気抵抗(ρ)を有する、請求項2に記載の測定装置(20)。
- 前記電流線(40)が、前記測定区間(41)において、少なくとも部分的に、前記測定区間(41)の外側にある少なくとも1つの第2の電流線区間(42)と同じ断面領域(43;44)及び同じ材料を有する、請求項1に記載の測定装置(20)。
- クーラントチャネル壁(34)を有するクーラントチャネル(30)を備え、前記クーラント(80)が前記クーラントチャネル(30)内に設けられ、前記電流線(40)の前記測定区間(41)が、少なくとも部分的に前記クーラントチャネル(30)内に配置される、請求項1に記載の測定装置(20)。
- 前記電流線(40)が、少なくとも部分的に前記クーラントチャネル(30)の前記測定区間(41)の外側に配置される、請求項6に記載の測定装置(20)。
- 前記第1の測定位置(51)が第1の信号線(71)に接続され、前記第2の測定位置(52)が第2の信号線(72)に接続され、前記第1の信号線(71)及び前記第2の信号線(72)が、少なくとも1つの第1の通過位置(91、92)で前記クーラントチャネル壁(34)を通って延び、少なくとも1つの第1の封止要素(31、32)が、前記少なくとも1つの第1の通過位置(91、92)を封止するために設けられる、請求項6に記載の測定装置。
