Claims (20)
- 平均孔径が20μm以下であり、最大孔径が40μm以下であり、最大孔径/平均孔径の比が1以上かつ12以下である
ことを特徴とする湿式不織布。 - 最大孔径/平均孔径の比が1以上かつ8以下であり、好ましくは、1以上かつ6以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の湿式不織布。 - 平均孔径は、15μm以下であり、好ましくは、10μm以下であり、より好ましくは、8μm以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の湿式不織布。 - 最大孔径が35μm以下であり、好ましくは、30μm以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1-3のいずれか1項に記載の湿式不織布。 - 前記湿式不織布は、全体として単層構造であり、少なくとも2つの層が一体に結合して形成されたものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1-4のいずれか1項に記載の湿式不織布。 - 前記少なくとも2つの層は、繊維の繊度の互いに異なった第1の層と第2の層とを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の湿式不織布。 - 前記少なくとも2つの層は、第1の層と第2の層とを含み、前記第1の層の繊維が繊度の異なった2種または複数種の繊維を含み、
前記第2の層が繊度の異なった2種または複数種の繊維を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の湿式不織布。 - 前記第1の層は、繊度が9.20μm以下の幹繊維と繊度が11.27μm以下の接着剤繊維により構成され、前記第2の層は、繊度が13.01μm以下の幹繊維と繊度が14.55μm以下の接着剤繊維により構成され、
好ましくは、第1の層の幹繊維の繊度が第2の層の幹繊維の繊度以下であり、第1の層の接着剤繊維の繊度が第2の層の接着剤繊維の繊度以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項5-7のいずれか1項に記載の湿式不織布。 - 前記第1の層の幹繊維の繊度は、8.23μm以下であり、好ましくは、7.70μm以下であり、より好ましくは、6.51-7.70μmであること、
前記第2の層の幹繊維の繊度は、12.35μm以下であり、好ましくは、12.00μm以下であり、より好ましくは、6.51-12.00μmであること、
前記第1の層の接着剤繊維の繊度は、10.89μm以下であり、好ましくは、10.49μm以下であり、より好ましくは、9.65-10.49μmであること、及び/又は、
前記第2の層の接着剤繊維の繊度は、10.89μm以下であり、好ましくは、10.49μm以下であり、より好ましくは、9.65-10.49μmであること、
を特徴とする請求項8に記載の湿式不織布。 - 前記第1の層の幹繊維の繊維長さは、1-7mmであり、好ましくは、3-6mmであること、
前記第2の層の幹繊維の繊維長さは、1-7mmであり、好ましくは、3-6mmであること、
前記第1の層の接着剤繊維の繊維長さは、1-7mmであり、好ましくは、3-6mmであること、及び/又は、
前記第2の層の接着剤繊維の繊維長さは、1-7mmであり、好ましくは、3-6mmであること、
を特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の湿式不織布。 - 前記第1の層の接着剤繊維の質量分率が20-40%であり、幹繊維の質量分率が60-80%であること、及び/又は、
前記第2の層の接着剤繊維の質量分率が20-40%であり、幹繊維の質量分率が60-80%であること、
を特徴とする請求項8-10のいずれか1項に記載の湿式不織布。 - 面密度が60-100g/m2であること、密度が0.70-1.05g/cm3であること、通気度が0.5-4.0cc/cm2/secであること、横方向引張強度が35N/15mm超であること、及び/又は、縦方向引張強度/横方向引張強度の比が1.2-4であることを特徴とする請求項1-10のいずれか1項に記載の湿式不織布。
- 前記湿式不織布は、ポリエステル繊維、ポリオレフィン繊維、ビスコース繊維、およびアクリル繊維の少なくとも1種により作製され、好ましくは、ポリエステル繊維により作製され、ポリエステル繊維が例えばポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維であり、ポリオレフィン繊維が例えばポリエチレン繊維、ポリプロピレン繊維、塩化ビニル繊維またはES繊維である
ことを特徴とする請求項1-10のいずれか1項に記載の湿式不織布。 - 前記幹繊維は、ポリエステル繊維、ポリオレフィン繊維、ビスコース繊維、およびアクリル繊維の少なくとも1種であり、好ましくは、ポリエステル繊維であり、ポリエステル繊維が例えばポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維であり、ポリオレフィン繊維が例えばポリエチレン繊維、ポリプロピレン繊維、塩化ビニル繊維またはES繊維であること、及び/又は、
前記第1の層の接着剤繊維および第2の層の接着剤繊維のそれぞれは、未延伸ポリエステル接着剤繊維、ポリオレフィン繊維、芯鞘型接着剤繊維のうちの少なくとも1種であること、
好ましくは、前記未延伸ポリエステル接着剤繊維が未延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維であり、
好ましくは、前記芯鞘型接着剤繊維がCoPET/PET芯鞘構造繊維、PE/PET芯鞘構造繊維およびES繊維からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である
ことを特徴とする請求項8-13のいずれか1項に記載の湿式不織布。 - 請求項1-14のいずれか1項に記載の湿式不織布を水処理膜の支持層とする使用。
- 前記第1の層の原材料により前記湿式不織布の第1表面が形成され、前記第1表面に水処理膜材料が塗布されている
ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の使用。 - 請求項1-14のいずれか1項に記載の湿式不織布を作製する方法であって、
抄紙ステップと熱圧ステップとを含む
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記湿式不織布は請求項6-14のいずれか1項に記載の湿式不織布であり、
前記方法は、前記第1の層の原材料を抄紙して第1原紙を得るステップと、前記第2の層の原材料を抄紙して第2原紙を得るステップと、第1原紙と第2原紙に対して熱圧複合を行うステップとを含み、
好ましくは、鋼ロール/鋼ロール式熱圧装置を利用して前記熱圧または熱圧複合を行い、または鋼ロール/軟質ロール式熱圧装置を利用して前記熱圧または熱圧複合を行い、
好ましくは、前記抄紙の前に、コニカルリファイナーを利用して繊維分散を行うステップをさらに含む
ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。 - 請求項1-14のいずれか1項に記載の湿式不織布と、
前記湿式不織布に塗布されている水処理膜材料と、を含み、
好ましくは、前記水処理膜材料は、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリアミド、アセチルセルロース、ポリエチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリサルホンまたはそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択され、好ましくはポリサルホンであり、例えばポリエーテルサルフォンである
ことを特徴とする水処理膜。 - 前記水処理膜は、逆浸透膜、ナノろ過膜、限外ろ過膜および精密ろ過膜のうちの1種または複数種である
ことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の水処理膜、または請求項15または16に記載の使用。
