Description

存在する場合、プライマー処理されたシリコーンエラストマー基材への適用に使用されるヒドロシリル化硬化性テキスタイルコーティング組成物のヒドロシリル化触媒(d)は、好ましくは、白金金属(白金、ルテニウム、オスミウム、ロジウム、イリジウム、及びパラジウム)の1つ、又はそのような金属の1つ以上の化合物である。白金及び白金化合物が、ヒドロシリル化反応におけるこれらの触媒の活性レベルの高さから、好ましい。

(v)典型的には溶媒中に、例えばトルエンを使用してもよい、約1重量%の白金を含有する白金とジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサンの錯体であるKarstedt触媒が挙げられる。これらは、米国特許第3,715,334号及び同第3,814,730号に記載されている。
i)分子中にエポキシ基を有する1つ以上のアルコキシシランと、
(ii)1分子当たり少なくとも1つのアルケニル基及び少なくとも1つのヒドロキシ基若しくはアルコキシ基を含有する直鎖状オルガノポリシロキサンオリゴマーと、

c)組成物の1~30重量%、あるいは組成物の1~20重量%、あるいは組成物の1~15重量%の量で、1分子当たり少なくとも2つ、あるいは少なくとも3つのケイ素-水素基を含有する直鎖状トリメチル末端ポリジメチルメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン、
d)組成物の0.001~3.0重量%の量のヒドロシリル化硬化触媒、
e)組成物の1~60重量%、あるいは1~40重量%の量で、M単位及びQ単位並びに任意にMvi単位を含有する有機ケイ素樹脂、
f)接着促進剤であって、
i)組成物の0.1~5重量%、あるいは組成物の0.5~3重量%、あるいは組成物の0.5~2重量%の量で、分子中にエポキシ基を有する1つ以上のアルコキシシランと、
ii)組成物の0.1~5重量%、あるいは組成物の0.1~3重量%、あるいは組成物の0.1~2重量%の量で、1分子当たり少なくとも1つのアルケニル基及び少なくとも1つのヒドロキシ基若しくはアルコキシ基を含有する直鎖状オルガノポリシロキサンオリゴマーと、
iii)組成物の0.1~5重量%、あるいは組成物の0.1~3重量%、あるいは組成物の0.1~2重量%の量で、有機アルミニウム又は有機ジルコニウム化合物組成物を含む有機金属縮合反応触媒と、の混合物及び/又は反応生成物を含む、接着促進剤、を含み、
接着促進剤(f)は、典型的には、組成物の約0.3~6重量%の(f)の(i)、(ii)及び(iii)の累積量で、あるいは、組成物の0.3重量%~4重量%の(i)、(ii)及び(iii)の累積量で組成物中に存在する、ヒドロシリル化硬化性テキスタイルコーティング組成物が提供される。組成物は、総重量%が100重量%である限りで、上記範囲の任意の組み合わせであり得る。
調製プロセス
第1の工程として、表1に示される成分を混合し、残留水及び処理剤を除去することによって、その場で処理されたヒュームドシリカマスターバッチをKneaderミキサーで調製した。
ポリマー1:0.14重量%のビニル含有量及び12,000mPa・sの粘度を有するジメチルビニル末端ポリジメチルシロキサンポリマー。
架橋剤1:トリメチル末端ポリジメチルメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン、粘度5mPa/s及び0.75重量%のSi-H含有量
架橋剤2:トリメチル末端ポリジメチルメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン、粘度50mPa/s及び0.72重量%のSi-H含有量
コーティングされた布地の試料もまた、EASC99040180A09に従って、105℃及び95%相対湿度で408時間にわたる熱/湿潤エージングの前後に耐スクラブ(摩耗)性ついて分析し、その結果を以下の表6a及び6bに示す。
Claims (15)
- ヒドロシリル化硬化性テキスタイルコーティング組成物であって、
a)1分子当たり少なくとも2つのアルケニル基及び/又はアルキニル基を有する直鎖状オルガノポリシロキサンポリマー、
b)ヒュームドシリカ、沈降性シリカ及び/又は炭酸カルシウムを含む補強性充填剤、
c)1分子当たり少なくとも2つ、あるいは少なくとも3つのケイ素-水素基を含有する直鎖状トリメチル末端ポリジメチルメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン、
d)ヒドロシリル化硬化触媒、
e)M単位及びQ単位を含有する有機ケイ素樹脂であって、前記M単位の割合が、1分子当たりのMvi単位であり得る、有機ケイ素樹脂、
f)接着促進剤であって、
i)分子中にエポキシ基を有する1つ以上のアルコキシシランと、
ii)1分子当たり少なくとも1つのアルケニル基及び少なくとも1つのヒドロキシ基若しくはアルコキシ基を含有する直鎖状オルガノポリシロキサンオリゴマーと、
iii)有機アルミニウム化合物又は有機ジルコニウム化合物を含む有機金属縮合反応触媒と、の混合物及び/又は反応生成物を含む、接着促進剤、を含む、組成物。 - 前期組成物中のケイ素結合水素基のアルケニル基及びアルキニル基に対するモル比が、ASTME168に従って1:1~5:1であり、及び/又は架橋剤が、1~30重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 接着促進剤(f)が、典型的には、前記組成物の約0.3~6重量%の(f)の(i)、(ii)及び(iii)の累積量で前記組成物中に存在する、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 成分(f)の(i)が、3-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-グリシドキシプロピルトリエトキシシラン、3-グリシドキシプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン、4-グリシドキシブチルトリメトキシシラン、5,6-エポキシヘキシルトリエトキシシラン、2-(3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリメトキシシラン、又は2-(3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリエトキシシランから選択され、及び/又は、前記組成物の0.1~5重量%の量で存在する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成分(f)の(ii)が、両方の分子鎖末端がジメチルヒドロキシシロキシ単位であるメチルビニルポリシロキサン、又は両方の分子鎖末端がジメチルヒドロキシシロキシ単位であるメチルビニルシロキサンとジメチルシロキサン単位とのコポリマーであり、各場合において、25℃で500mPa・s以下の粘度を有し、及び/又は前記組成物の0.1~5重量%の量で存在する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 成分(f)の(iii)が、ジルコニウムテトラプロピレート及びジルコニウムテトラブチレート、テトラ-イソプロピルジルコネート、ジルコニウム(IV)テトラアセチルアセトネート、ジルコニウム(IV)ヘキサフルオロアセチルアセトネート、ジルコニウム(IV)トリフルオロアセチルアセトネート、テトラキス(エチルトリフルオロアセチルアセトネート)ジルコニウム、テトラキス(2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-ヘプタンチオネート)ジルコニウム、ジルコニウム(IV)ジブトキシビス(エチルアセトネート)、ジルコニウムトリブトキシアセチルアセテート、ジルコニウムブトキシアセチルアセトネートビスエチルアセトアセテート、ジイソプロポキシビス(2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-ヘプタンチオネート)ジルコニウム、又はβ-ジケトンを有するジルコニウム錯体から選択されるジルコニウム系触媒である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、前記組成物の硬化を阻害するための抑制剤を更に含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、A部及びB部の2部に保存され、A部が、成分a、b、d、fの(iii)、及び任意にeを含み、B部が、成分a、b、c、fの(i)、fの(ii)、及び任意にeを含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 布基材上で硬化すると、EASC99040180A09に従って、105℃及び95%相対湿度での熱エージング後、>600ストロークの耐スクラブ性を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のヒドロシリル化硬化性テキスタイルコーティング組成物の硬化物であるエラストマーコーティングでコーティングされた、エアバッグ布地。
- EASC99040180A09に従って、105℃及び95%相対湿度での熱エージング後、>600ストロークの耐スクラブ性を有する、請求項10に記載のエラストマーコーティングでコーティングされたエアバッグ布地。
- テキスタイルを請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のヒドロシリル化硬化性テキスタイルコーティング組成物でコーティングする方法であって、前記組成物を一緒に混合することと、テキスタイルを前記組成物でコーティングすることと、前記組成物を前記テキスタイル上で硬化させることとによる、方法。
- テキスタイルを請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のヒドロシリル化硬化性テキスタイルコーティング組成物でコーティングする方法であって、前記テキスタイルが、噴霧、グラビアコーティング、バーコーティング、ナイフオーバーローラによるコーティング、ナイフオーバーエアによるコーティング、パディング、浸漬、及びスクリーン印刷によってコーティングされ、並びに/又は10g/m2~150g/m2のコート重量で適用される、方法。
- 改善された耐スクラブ性を有するコーティングされたテキスタイルを提供するための、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
- 前記コーティングされたテキスタイルが、EASC99040180A09に従って、105℃及び95%の相対湿度での熱エージング後に、>600ストロークの耐スクラブ性を有する、請求項14に記載の使用。
