Claims (13)
- 複数のバッテリーモジュールが積層されたモジュール積層体と、
前記モジュール積層体を下側で支持する下部ハウジング及び前記モジュール積層体の上側から前記下部ハウジングに結合される上部ハウジングを含むパックハウジングと、
前記下部ハウジング及び上部ハウジングの各々の内側に結合され、前記モジュール積層体を弾性加圧する複数の変位プレートと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 前記変位プレートは、
前記パックハウジングの側壁の内側面と対面する一対の加圧プレートと、
前記一対の加圧プレートの間を接続し、前記パックハウジングの底面と対面する接続プレートと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記加圧プレートは、
前記パックハウジングの側壁の内側面と接し、前記内側面と平行に配置される支持部と、
前記支持部の一側の端部から前記パックハウジングの内側に向かって折り曲げられて延びる傾斜部と、
前記傾斜部の一側の端部から前記支持部から遠くなる方向に沿って前記支持部と平行に延び、弾性復元力によって前記モジュール積層体を加圧する弾性加圧部と、を含み、
前記接続プレートは、一対の前記弾性加圧部の間を接続することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記下部ハウジング及び上部ハウジングは各々、
前記下部ハウジング及び上部ハウジングの内側面から突出して前記弾性加圧部の内側面と離隔した状態で前記弾性加圧部の内側面と対面するサポートビードを備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記傾斜部と弾性加圧部との間の折曲部位はラウンド形態を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックは、
前記パックハウジング及びモジュール積層体を貫通する複数の締結ボルトと、
前記下部ハウジングの下面に固定され、前記締結ボルトと結合される複数のウェルドナットと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーパックは、
前記下部ハウジングの下面に取り付けられ、前記ウェルドナットの収容空間を提供する気密プレートアセンブリーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記気密プレートアセンブリーは、
前記ウェルドナットをカバーするガスケットと、
前記ガスケットを加圧して前記下部ハウジングの下面に取り付けられる気密プレートと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記気密プレートは、
前記ガスケットが収容される空間及び前記ウェルドナットが収容される空間を有する二重段差構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記下部ハウジングの下面には、前記気密プレートアセンブリーが取り付けられる取付け溝が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記取付け溝の深さは、前記気密プレートが有する段差の高さと同一であるか、またはより深く形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記締結ボルトのヘッド部にはシーリング部材がコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
