Claims (10)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
相互に積層される複数個のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーセル組立体と、
前記バッテリーセル組立体の前後両側に備えられる一対のエンドプレートと、
前記一対のエンドプレートに備えられ、前記バッテリーセル組立体の前後両側に配置される一対の緩衝プレートと、
前記一対の緩衝プレートの間に備えられ、前記バッテリーセル組立体のバッテリーセルの間に配置される少なくとも一つの加圧プレートと、を含み、
前記一対の緩衝プレート及び前記少なくとも一つの加圧プレートは、
前記バッテリーセル組立体の前後方向における前面及び後面が扁平な形状を有することを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記加圧プレートは、複数個が備えられ、
前記複数個の加圧プレートは、前記バッテリーセルの間に配置され、対向するバッテリーセルと面接触することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一対の緩衝プレートの少なくとも一つは、
前記バッテリーセル組立体の対向するバッテリーセルと面接触することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーセル組立体といずれか一つの緩衝プレートとの間に配置される支持プレートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記支持プレートは、
前記バッテリーセル組立体の前後方向における前面及び後面が扁平な形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記支持プレートは、
前記バッテリーセル組立体の対向するバッテリーセルと面接触することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一対の緩衝プレートは、
絶縁材質で設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一対の緩衝プレート及び前記少なくとも一つの加圧プレートは、
発泡ポリプロピレン部材として設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールを収容するラックケースと、を含む、バッテリーラック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーラックを含む、電力貯蔵装置。
