Claims (11)
- バッテリーパックであって、
複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを少なくとも部分的に区画して収容可能な収容空間が設けられるパックケースと、
前記パックケース内で前記複数のバッテリーセルの上面に接触して配置される冷却マットであって、外部衝撃を緩衝可能に内部に空気が満たされる冷却マットと、
前記冷却マットと垂直に配置され、前記パックケースの前後側の内壁に取り付けられるエアクッションと、
を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 前記パックケースは、
ベースプレートと、
前記ベースプレートの前方に取り付けられる前方プレートと、
前記前方プレートに対向配置され、前記ベースプレートの後方に取り付けられる後方プレートと、
前記後方プレートと前記前方プレートとの間に位置するように前記ベースプレートに取り付けられ、前記ベースプレートの幅方向に沿って相互に所定の距離だけ離隔して配置される一対のサイドプレートと、
前記一対のサイドプレートの間を区画して前記収容空間を形成し、前記ベースプレートの前後方向で前記前方プレートと前記後方プレートとの間に備えられる区画プレートと、
を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記冷却マットは、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの上面に接触するマット本体と、
前記マット本体内に形成され、前記複数のバッテリーセルの冷却のための冷却水が流れる冷却流路と、
を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記マット本体は、ラバー材質からなる、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記マット本体は、外部衝撃を緩衝可能に内部に空気が満たされる、請求項3又は4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記マット本体には、前記空気を注入するための空気注入口が備えられる、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記マット本体には、所定の圧力以上になったとき、前記空気を排出するベント孔ユニットが備えられる、請求項5又は6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記エアクッションには、内部に所定の空気を注入する空気注入口が備えられる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記エアクッションには、所定の圧力以上になったとき、前記空気を排出するベント孔ユニットが備えられる、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記エアクッションは、ラバー材質からなる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも1つ含む、自動車。
