Claims (13)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
所定の収容空間が設けられるモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケース内に収容される複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの上側に備えられ、前記複数のバッテリーセルを電気的に接続するための複数のバスバー部材と、
前記複数のバスバー部材を支持可能に前記複数のバッテリーセルと前記複数のバスバー部材との間に配置される支持プレートと、
前記支持プレートの底部で前記複数のバッテリーセル同士の間の空間に充填されるフォーム部材と、
を含み、
前記支持プレートには、前記フォーム部材の充填に用いられる少なくとも一つの充填ガイド挿入口が備えられる、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記充填ガイド挿入口は、さらに、前記フォーム部材が入ったディスペンサユニットによる前記フォーム部材の注入をガイドする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの充填ガイド挿入口は、前記モジュールケースの高さ方向で、前記複数のバッテリーセル同士の間の空間に対応する上側に配置される、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記支持プレートは、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの上側で前記モジュールケースと結合されるプレート本体と、
前記プレート本体に備えられ、相互に所定の距離だけ離隔して配置され、前記複数のバスバー部材が載置される複数のバスバー支持台と、を含む、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つの充填ガイド挿入口は、前記複数のバスバー支持台に設けられる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記充填ガイド挿入口は、複数で備えられ、
前記複数の充填ガイド挿入口は、それぞれのバスバー支持台に設けられる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数の充填ガイド挿入口は、それぞれのバスバー支持台の長手方向に沿って、相互に所定の距離だけ離隔して配置される、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のバスバー支持台の上側には、前記複数のバスバー部材の側面を支持するため、所定の高さだけ突出したガイド壁が備えられる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のバスバー支持台の下側には、対向するバッテリーセルに対応する形状を有するガイドリブが備えられる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ガイドリブは、前記複数のバッテリーセルの上側を支持するように、前記複数のバッテリーセルの上側と少なくとも部分的に接触する、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のバッテリーセルは、円筒型バッテリーセルとして設けられ、
前記円筒型バッテリーセルは、前記モジュールケースの内部で水平方向に沿って積層される、請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項12に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
